The service was alright, tho I didnt get exactly what I wanted even I showed a picture. While the ambiance was decent it wasnt that best to look at. The ice cream tasted good but wouldnt come here again. Along finding a piece of hair in my ice cream, which isnt mines.

It's another hot day and I was craving ice cream. I looked up nearby ice cream shoppes and came across Whip' n Dip in Palmetto Bay. Cute little ice cream shoppe with several unique flavors: chocolate cookie crumble, mango strawberry, cookies and cream, banana pudding, coffee, mint chip, etc. Lots of toppings too. We had great service. We will definitely return.

Delicious ice cream, soft serve, cookies, and shakes. The servers are friendly, helpful. The flavor selections change often which is nice. You can't go wrong with their Bulldog Blitz! The shop is clean and inviting. A great addition to Palmetto Bay.

Homemade Ice cream and cookies were sooooo goood. Perfect refresher after playing mini golf down the street. The service was amazing too!! They even have cookie samples !!! ?? for sure we’re coming back soon

I ask for a small caramel sundae! I get a bucket of ice cream and am charged $10. Give me a a break! I asked again… I would like a small caramel sundae, the clerks says sorry we only have one size. I literally have a sundae in a pint cup. Really?? Went here instead of Cry Baby… I’ll stick to Cry Baby.

Honestly it’s just Ice Cream, nothing special about this place- it taste like regular ice cream. No seating area inside, small selection of choices. Other reviewers mentioned the ice cream tasted different? It taste just like any other regular ice cream. They offer ice cream sandwiches and ice cream cakes, I love ice cream cakes… I like that cold stone mixes in your toppings. This place packs them all around the side of the scoop. I was in the area getting my mani-pedi next door so I stopped in. For me it’s overpriced $7.00 for a small scoop of ice cream with toppings! Just buy you a pint from your local grocery store and enjoy!
