Part bakery part deli. This little sandwich and dessert shop is tucked into the back of a fruit stand with a BBQ joint dangling off the side. I have eaten here three times i the two weeks since I discovered it. Apparently it is known by multiple names so don’t be discouraged. Think of it as a treasure hunt. The folks behind the counter vary from Grand mothers to a biker dude. They will tell you different things about which of them makes the best pie. Get the Cuban sandwich and a personal pineapple upside down cake. Then experiment with some of the other choices when you come back. After two or three Cubans get the half smoked chicken from the BBQ guys and a cherry pie.

Great place. One problem. Late night, they have two bathrooms and security at them. BIG LINE. Only has one bathroom open, other one is for bartenders. D*** system. Fix it. Otherwise 5 stars!!

Stopped by because I saw the pie sign. Enter the store and a young fellow advised that they were closed. I was disappointed. Decided to purchase produce I didn't really need and the "owner" of the pie store came out. I commented, that I wished they would sell the pies outside, the woman was visible infuriated, body language showed, I apologize sarcastically regarding my daring suggestion and she went into a spill about how I should come during her hours of operations! May I remind you that this was Saturday at 3:15pm, the door was opened and a young guy was inside ( who tuned out to be her son) Never in my life I have gotten into an altercation with a business owner that's upset because I wanted to purchase their goods! That is the most ignorant attitude I have ever witnessed in my life! Full disclosure: the fruit stand is separate from the pie and sandwich store! We need to start doing business with people who appreciate our hard earned money. Question: if she is there, there were pies in the cooler, the door was opened, why not sell everything you got! I would had bought more pies than I va eat! What an idiot! Good luck!
