First time at Jets. Service was great and everyone very nice. Wings and cheesy bead very good. The thin crust pizza, not to my liking. I have to say, by the time I got to it it was cold, (not there fault, mine), so maybe not a great first time experience. I'll try it again and eat it right away.

Ordered a thin crust pepperoni large pizza. My order was ready on time. Unfortunately, the pizza was absolutely terrible , It was very dry, with a very thin layer of cheese.. in the past I have bern satisfied snd wasvery disappointed today. I haven’t been there for quite sometime, and assuming they changed their receipe. Don’t think I will be returning.

I went in because it's next door to the Publix where I was shopping, and had time to kill as i waited for my Uber. May as well get some food.I got the pizza back where I'm pupsitting this week, and was very pleasantly surprised to have a gawgous, delicious pie to savor all week. Well done!

Ordered 4 corner deep dish got home so excited about having my pizza and when I open the box this is what I found. The box is half empty. What a disappointment, I understand everyone is cutting back on expenses, but come on Jet’s Pizza $17 for this!!!! Never again…..

I ordered an Italian pizza boat. I paid an extra $1.00 for mushrooms to be added that weren't added and sadly I didn't realize it until after I had already been in the store TWICE to get the correct sauces for my order. I ordered just the boat and a slice of cheese pizza. The boat was supposed to come with Italian dressing on the side. I ordered and paid for a side of ranch as well. When I picked up my order, 1) I had to ask about the ranch and was told it was already added. IN THE BOX with the HOT FOOD, IN THE WARMER. I walked back to my car over at Publix. I see I don't have the Italian dressing. I go back in with the food in hand just to show I didn't get both dressings. I was promptly handed the Italian and left. I got home and see that I don't have the mushrooms in the boat. I'm too over it to even go back in now. Sooooo I paid for the extra topping, the extra dressing, went in twice for two little items and it cost me (with a $2 cash tip for carrying out) about $20 and it's been wrong and at this point luke warm. Great. Thanks.

I'm from Michigan and used to get Jet's pizza there. When I moved here I really missed it. I was ecstatic when I could Jet's pizza here. It's as good as made in Michigan. Great pizza, great service.

Placed a large order of 8 pies for an event and the store cancelled without even letting us know.I called to confirm receipt of payment from the “Jet’s Bot” order 20 minutes after placing the order and at first the person that answered lied about getting the order. When I confirmed my card was charged he then changed the storyline and simply didn’t want to make the pizza stating it was too close to closing.If that is the case the order should not have went through and/or someone should have called to let us know.Bad customer service all around.
