This place hardly ever has pizzas ready and usually told it will be 20-30 minutes. Out of the last 10 times there only twice did they have any pizzas ready. I quit even trying to go there for quite awhile. I’m done with trying to go there anymore. It is always between 4-8pm when I have tried also.

I would rate 4 stars but last time I got a hot and ready pizza the dough was not fully cooked and it was raw in the middle. So since then I will never get a hot and ready ever again. I also recommend thin crust, it's the best option. Good prices and not too long of a wait considering only 1 person was working. They gotta be hiring! Lol. Def need more employees.

Arrived at the Little Ceasers in Palmetto, Fl at 8:50 PM and waited in line for about 9 minutes. Upon approaching the counter I asked for one order of the stuffed breadsticks. The woman working at the register informed me that they are no longer making anymore food but only selling what's left in the heat stations. I verified with her that the store closes at 10:00 PM in which she confirmed that 10:00 PM was the closing time. The only items that they had left at in the heat stations were pizzas in which I reluctantly purchased as all I wanted was the stuffed breadsticks. After purchasing the pizza I arrived back home and opened the box only to find that the pizza appeared to have been sitting under the heat station for some time as it was rock hard. Threw the whole pizza away. I understand when some fast food restaurants stop serving certain items at 10, 15, or even 20 minutes before closing time, but somebody asking for one item that takes minutes to make an hour before the store closes!! This is sheer laziness on the staffs part.

Shout out to this location for always making a delicious pizza. I have yet to have a bad experience in terms of quality and honestly I've had some of the best crazy bread from this location.

I was disappointed due to the fact the when the young lady did not take my order correctly after me correcting her multiple times takin my order stating that i wanted my well done . When I got my pizza an i didn’t check it till i got home a when i got home the pizza was so uncooked it was not edible . When i brought it back i was kind about where the miscommunication was so they remade it again . Of course when i checked it once again and it was still uncooked an raw.

The new GM at the palmetto location is nasty and dirty! He never puts gloves on when making the pizza and finger nails are very dirty! I use to work and eat from here till I seen that! He also cut all the hard working employees hours gave us 2 days a week! Not only that his best manager he wouldn't make an assistant because the way she dresses! And called the police on me for asking for my check! 10 out 10 I do not recommend when he works that's day! Refuse to give corporate number etc.
Me and my family love little Caesars, we order quite often. Tonight me and my husband order two of the calzoneys (which r supposed to b set up like a pizza, sauce and cheese and then a cup of sauce on the side.) Mine only had bread and toppings, my husband's had no sauce on it at all, we only got one cup of sauce(for the bread sticks we ordered) and didnt receive the 2 liter of Pepsi we were supposed to get also. We tried calling and nobody picked up the phone. The delivery was thru door dash(they use door dash to deliver) we had to call door dash and tell them. They only refunded 65% of the order. I'm sorry but me and my husband were quite upset. Our kids got their pizza and was happy. But we order a lot from there cuz we do have "lazy nights" and weve never had such a bad experience. They need to do WAY BETTER and actually ANSWER THE PHONES. Door dash did their part and we thank them for that but lil Caesars in palmetto, y'all really need to shape up and do ur jobs right.

I like there pizza, however, Papa johns ? is better tasting. I used to be able to get $5-6.00 pizza. These days are gone. I paid over $10. recently. I prefer to pay this price & more for Papa John's. I like the taste a lot better and better toppings.Vegetarian options: I had onions, tomatoes and spinach.

Just received my order and one of the pizzas was terrible. I ordered the old world fanceroni pepperoni pizza which is suppose to have over 100 pepperonis on it. It had under 20 pepperonis. The other pizza we ordered which was a plain pepperoni had more. It also had more crust then pizza. It wasn’t suppose to even have a regular crust. The Cheese and pepperoni is suppose to go out to the edges and be crispy. At least that’s what the description said. I tried calling, but as usual, they do not answer the phone at the Little Caesars in Palmetto. It goes to voicemail, but you can’t leave a voicemail because their mailbox is full. This has been going on for months. That is why we hardly ever order from here . They do not answer their phone. So the service is horrible.

They canceled the order 10 minutes before picking it up and we were confused about why bc they did not say why it was canceled. So we decided to go to the store and order inside. But the guy at the counter said they didn't have any pizzas left all they had was one cheese because there was no one to make the pizzas and wasn't going to be there until Tuesday. It is Sunday. It's a pizza place??? They need better management.
