Terrible. Pizza looked like it was dropped all topping on 1 side, it was still raw dough in the middle on a thin crust and I could tell it was barely in the pizza oven bc there wasn’t any cook to the veggies or meat.

Ruth was incredibly empathetic and helpful when I called the store late last night. Our doordash driver apparently stole or order. Ruth was apologetic and kind, even though it was not her fault whatsoever. She explained why store delivery is being handled by doordash, and how they are trying to combat this issue. Ruth remade our order and had it ready for us to pick up within 20 minutes. Excellent service. Thanks again.

Don’t expect to receive the pizza you order plus they took my points and I won’t see them returned I’m sure. Give this Pizza Hut 0 stars if I could very disappointed ☹️and glad I didn’t pay ahead. Shame on y’all for even taking orders if you’re not going to deliver them.

I noticed that when James White the manager at the Palmetto branch is working by himself the quality of the pizzas are better as to when fully staffedThere has been multiple times where he is working by himself and he still gets the job done work ethic is on point in the quality of food is better .....

I believe it was the manager (older Dark skin gentleman)went out of his way to help me out. Great leadership and management.Last night was my first time ordering pizza from here Best customer service!????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
So pizza hut food is great. But their on line experience is not well. I try to order supreme personal pizzas for each of my staff n the on-line asks what I want on the pizza...hmmmSo I looked for deals on the way home and saw one. When I got to the restaurant it was busy as always and employees do not seem to be up to date on sales or specials. The special I found on line was more but still a great deal. The guy in the lobby copied my order and stated he had problems ordering on-line...with the app. I'm only reporting this because the site seemed understaffed but as always, took care of us customers. Pizza hut needs to revamp the app. Just my opinion. I still love the hut!

Called last night at 6:45 ordered a pizza and wanted it delivered. At 8:22 we get a text your orde has been canceled please call this number to find out what happened. We called 6 times each time we nicely explained what happen they would say please hold and just hang up. When we called it would say your order is completed and delivered but we never got it.. one guy said I don't know about your payment this isn't pizza hut.. good try but when you call it says thank you for calling pizza hut would you like to know the specials before we connect you. We could not believe he actually thought that was the best solution... Finally after an hour we got to someone NOT at the location with pizza hut they said they were out of our order. Okay an explanation and refund would have worked but just hanging up on up many time then saying it isn't pizza hut? Come on. We need to work on some training and basic customer service here. Won't fall for that disaster again.
