When it comes to cooking healthy, time is always an issue. So, when I found Power Meals, it was a wonderful alternative and it has not only saved me hours of time in the kitchen, it has provided me a healthier alternative with a tastier menu. I not only love my pre-prepped meals, but their dressings and cookies are awesome as well. If you are in the Palmetto or Lakewood Ranch area we highly recommend you give Power Meals a try, you will be thankful you did.

LOVE their meals!! My husband and I have been ordering lunches and dinners from here, for several months, and we absolutely love them! They are very healthy, packed with nutrients, follow the paleo diet, and offer a great variety each week! We highly recommend this place to everyone!

I love these guys. Every week i pick up my power meals that will last me until the next week. They are reasonably priced. I now spend less money at the grocery store. And they are delicious, healthy meals. Already prepared. You just nuke it for a few minutes and voila! Unless it's a salad. Lol! The staff is soooo nice! It's fun seeing them. Dawn has gone over and above in running this A one business.

I had family visiting and one of them is vegan. I was stuck with the holidays upon me and not enough time or creativity left to devise vegan meals. I called Dawn and ordered four meals and they were excellent. My Vegan guest is very picky and she enjoyed all of them so much. Highly recommend. Dawn is terrific!

Single mom, 4 kids at home, full time nurse working all day, then spending a good part of my evening charting and scheduling patients for the next day. I despise cooking, don’t have a lot of time for it, but like to eat nutrient dense/grain free. I ordered “catering” (for a weeks worth of dinners) with just about everything offered and just came home and sampled everything with my 10 year old. EVERYTHING is so good and aligns with the way I like to eat and feed my kids. My 10 year old said “Mmmm, dang, they have some good stuff!”. I will definitely be ordering again and again.
