Old nasty fries look like they were re heated in old oil. It’s amazing what restaurants try to pass for food these days. The wings were also not good. Can do much better in the area.

Waited 15 minutes for the food to be prepared only for it to be cold when given to us. The fries were absolutely disgusting. They tasted like they had been reheated. They were hard and stale. The chicken tasted like it was old as well. We ended up throwing away most of the food because it was just disgusting. I have never had, a bad experience at a Wingstop before, but this was just the worst food we have ever had.

Today is 1/30/24 @11:45am...went in stood for about 7 mins 3 employees were making an order empty just a couple that were there before me guy asked me if I was picking up or ordering I said I was ordering he then slams a tray and walks away like if he was having a bad day you're there to work and I'm there to order food don't know what was the problem

I will never order from this store again. I ordered online 20 min before my pick up time and order was not ready. Twice o went to the counter to ask and the lady just ignored me. Orders were going in and out and I was still waiting. I went up a 3rd time after my wife came in upset because she had been waiting in the car. She asked where my order was and it was on the bottom shelf already cold. Foul mouth employees, talking the whole time while not working & ignoring customers. If you want to waste you time and eat cold soggy food then you can go there. No customer service, at one point after the lady said “that’s not my problem”. Ridiculous!

I've been their twice and both times RUDE AND Unprofessional! One of them always has on a stank face on when speaking to you as if your presence has ruined her day and another girl there was so rude she would give anyone that walked in straight attitude for literally no reason! Only the men there were much nicer and approachable but I almost felt scared to even talk to or confirm orders as they would get mad if you even spoken to them! Unbelievable! I will never do an Uber eats order there AGAIN! Store owner must properly train workers on proper customer service for better business and the fact that most people that have left reviews have similar statements is all the more revealing that this is a problem. SMH! UNBELIEVABLE!
This store is very unprofessional. First I called to place an order they picked up and hung up but me being pregnant and craving wingstop I decided to go place my order in store. Once I got there the manager on duty with dreads and brown highlights at the end was screaming “nigga” this and “nigga” that while telling an unprofessional story. As I was waiting on my order a customer called to complain about their order and was hung up on then the Hispanic girl with lashes screamed “idk who tf she was talking to” but the cashier who took my order thick black girl was the only nice &professional one.
