Horrible food delivery service. Nobody wants to notice you. Not a single employee asks why you are here, even the request remains unanswered. All orders with delivery will have to wait for a very long time. Horror!

Manager and bartender just stared and watched me for 15 minutes before realizing I needed a refill on my drink. I got a long island tea. He poured it precisely , and there was no taste of alcohol in the drink..Bring your own booze.Parking: Park anywhere, nobody's home.!!

This Applebees was HORRIBLE. We had a party of 10 and there was no one in this place at all and they told us there was a wait of 15 minutes.. okay cool we waited, proceeded to gather our party and walk in for them to say again it would be another 20 minutes and again there was literally no one in the restaurant besides one couple sitting outside, the host was rude and didn’t seem to want to seat us. I would just all around avoid this location if you’re visiting PCB. Horrible service. They either didn’t want to do their job or had no one here to work.

I ordered my food Friday night ate and went to bed immediately after because we were tired from driving. Saturday morning I woke up violently vomiting nothing but fluids. I was so severely dehydrated I had a seizure. Please don’t order their salmon I should’ve known something was wrong because it was chopped up instead of a whole portion. I spent my entire birthday vacation in pain

Arrived more than 2 hour before close and waited for 15 minutes before was ever acknowledged. Hostes was very rude and unfriendly. Told it would be a 30 minute wait which was fine. Hostess talked to another employee and came back and said it would be over an hour wait and they stopped cooking at 11 even though they close at 12 and they couldn’t serve us. Very poor service and attitude.

Came in at 11:35 p.m. sign on door says open till midnight was told by the bartender they did last cal.l I asked for food and they said no we're closing and there's a bunch of people still in the restaurant

This place was terrible never in my life have I had such bad service...the waiter was terrible let alone did not check on us after I received steak practically raw....no drink refills the evening Mgr was also very unprofessional he took care of the table next to us because it had more people I'll never go back here...very sad place.to eat..let's just say my steak said moooooooooooo I was very disappointed I'll make sure I never go here again

I ordered door dash, my order was incomplete. I talked to the door dasher ,Sergio and he asked was the order was complete, not once but twice, and he was told yes, but it Wasn't and the broccoli in my wife's order was still raw. They took out a 20% tip automatically, but do the driver get that. I always tip, let me do it myself. I have been trying to contact the manager but know one is answering the phone. I am a CHEF myself, I have been cooking almost 40 years, and MANAGING AS WELL. I wouldn't have given them this review if someone would've just ANSWERED THE PHONE! I gave Sergio a 20% tip anyway because he provided me a service. I'm really PISSED BECAUSE THAT WAS MY SONS MEAL, AND HE IS A PICKY EATER. IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY THAT I PAID FOR AN ITEM NOT RECEIVED, IT'S THE PRINCIPALITIES! APPLEBEE'S YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER AS A FRANCHISE, I WAS GIVING YOU A CHANCE, I received some RAW TEDERS IN ALABAMA. I AM DONE WITH THIS FRANCHISE!!!!!!!!!
