We just left Backyard Burger at 10260 Front Beach Road. Along with other entrees, we ordered the Mac n Cheese Burger, a side of fries and a side of Mac n Cheese. My granddaughter took a spoon full of Mac n Cheese and nearly vomited. I took a bite and I had the same reaction. Two others in our party tasted it and gagged. A chemical seemed to have been put into the Mac n cheese. My son tasted his Mac n cheese burger and had to scrape the Mac n cheese off. As he scraped the putrid Mac n cheese he pulled a piece of plastic out of the mess. His wife found melted plastic on the fries as she pulled some out of the fries container. The fries that I had were hot and seemed fresh, but we will not go back to Backyard Burger ever.

It was ok but not as good as the one we used to have back home. I got the double burger. The meat was better than your typical FF burger joint.

This is the best place to eat on the beach period. The burgers are always just right and the seasoned fries are awesome , but now that cobbler. They make the best cobbler in the world. If you haven't tried it I suggest you do. Ask what flavor they made that day.... they're all great! I love them.

We are down visiting from Kentucky for 2 weeks. We went threw the drive-thru and ordered a #3 and a #10. The fries were hard and very old but hot. So imagine they were thrown back in the fryer to reheat them. My Chicken that was on my Hawaiian Chicken sandwich was so dry and dark black looking. No juices. The buns were cracking from being stale and my husbands burger even tasted old. The service was also very lacking. Rude people and don't know how to smile or say hello. I tried calling to report this and it goes to voicemail then hangs up on you. I will not be back to that one. Most awful I've ever had from there, up home it's delicious and always fresh tasting. Super p*ssed!

Food is definitely four stars, but the service is absolutely horrid. We were the first in lines and waited at least 20 minutes. The lady was very rude and when we finally pulled up to the window did not say a single word, even after giving the food. The food is great but be prepared to wait for a while if you are not first in line. (Right now it is drive thru only)

Not a single soul in line and the burgers were still cold as ice. Not even kidding didn't even bother to try it. UPDATE; asked for new ones I'm not even kidding I think they literally just microwaved the cold ones. Terrible customer service.

Visited on July 15, 2021 around 1 PM.We had to do drive through because the inside was closed, they were definitely understaffed. But with that being said the lady working the drive through was fantastic! The food was absolutely amazing!!! We have visited Panama City Beach for a week 2 years in a row now and this food was by far the best food we have found in town. And I don't mean just fast food, we have tried many restaurants but BYB put them all to shame! Thank you! I highly recommend this location to everyone!!!
Never order from here. They took all to go order at 645 and kept saying that it would be ready soon and then poof they closed and no order, no refund, nothing. Will never even think of going back here. Take your money anywhere else and it will be better spent.

Do not go here the lady who took our order and was at the door was extremely rude and called me b**** for no reason. Then I tried to speak to the manager and she blamed it on me that I was the one who called her a b**** and the manager was just as rude. The same lady was flipping me off while the manger was standing there and she did absolutely nothing. I would give them no stars if possible. Never again.

Great food! Awesome and friendly staff! Be patient with them as they are severely understaffed. Wait was a little long, but at least the staff that was there was working and doing the best they could with what they had. Hats off to them. I'll definitely go back.
