Great food right by the beach Service was great and ambience of course was all beach! Any day at the beach is the best day!

Dwayne and Shawn did an amazing job taking care of us. Unbelievably amazing service, kindness and hospitality. The food/drinks were great for both breakfast and lunch and they will bend over backwards to satisfy their customers. Also upstairs has an AMAZING view of the water.

The service was great and the food was amazing. You can't beat the view! The fries with roast are awesome!Safety: This is a gated community. The gates are guarded and monitored. We felt very safe.Walkability: All of the pools and beach are a quick walk away. There are many stores and restaurants you can walk to as well!Food & drinks: Delicious food and drinks at the clubhouse by the beach!

The pool and outdoor bathrooms are open to guest, but the actual beach house was closed during our stay due to renovations.

We stayed at Gulf Highlands 124 Abbie Lane PCB and just wanted to let others know what to expect. It's filthy, roaches (I lost count after 12 in a 3 1/2 day stay) and personally I would never stay there again. Vacasa isn't much help either. I contacted them and they claimed they would refund 117.79. When they did this they actually charged me instead of crediting me. My dog that we took with us was almost attacked by another dog that was just let out without a leash. They say if pets are outside they have to be on a leash. This was the worst vacation ever.

If you're staying at Gulf Highlands this has a great pool and private access to the beach where you can wash sand off. Club house was closed for renovations during our visit but pool on the beach was open & awesome!

PCB during March 2022 was a disaster. Felt like being in a war zone! Several units rented daily or short term rentals to students. Units that are 2b 1.5 b are having student rentals of 6 -10 people staying in them? PCB, had to call in several reinforcements to help them Police the beaches as over 200 young people were arrested, over 75 guns seized & a person shot. Establishments that cater to the students for a couple of nights of entertainments needs to reconsider their policies & servicing local residents & any snowbirds still visiting for several winter months. Recommend having a 2 week minimum rental policy to eliminate the quick deterioration of these premises with such short daily or short term rental. Rental prices have more than doubled in the past 3 years, as owners are aiming for these short high priced March rentals?

The owners (Tom & Cindy Camargo) used our deposit to do a reno in the upstairs bathroom. They said this was due to mold. All the common areas were closed while we were there DUE TO MOLD. I'll say it again. These people are crooks! As a Canadian I had no recourse to get my deposit back other than to expose them on this site. Renters beware!!! We stayed for 3 months in 2019. I'm still pissed.

Another Fantastic Night at the Beach House of Gulf Highlands was had by our group! We had 12 instead of 3 this time! Dinner (as always, no matter what the Chef serves) was delicious- the entree choices were Texas Brisket, Lemon Butter Shrimp, or Chicken Marsala, all were Fantastic! The entertainment was a Very Accomplished Saxophone Player! He kept the crowd entertained the entire dinner time with his incredible music! And we had a Champagne Valentine's Toast To End The Evening! The Beach House Guys pulled off another Awesome Job for a Dinner & a Show! Bravo, Guys, Bravo,?????!Seriously, check these Guys out!
