Our experience at this bk was horrible. The employee Naisha was who was taking our order she refused to honor any of their specials telling us "I don't have to serve you if I don't want to or give you any of the promotions we are offering." As we were there she did this to 3 different groups of people. This bk is false advertising promotions bc this employee refuse to honor them.

To the only 2 employees in this BK today:You did amazing today went there between 4pm and 4:30pm i had been looking for the cheesy tots for weeks now i love them when i asked the employee if they had them he mention they were recently out of them i dont know if it was that he heard that im sick (i tend to get cravings when im sick) or if he heard the sadness in my voice but he went beyond and went to the freezer and searched to see if they had more to cook and lucky he found them i was happy with the service they were cordial, friendly and they even cook the food to a golden crispy perfection.Keep doing a great job.

Very BAD customer service here! Very rude making jokes about what we ordered threw the drive thru. Then get to the line and tell us not to snatch the food out for her hand. I don't know what this place has going on but I won't be back. As my daughter who is new to driving had to deal with this..... If I could give a 0 star I would.
Me and my daughter was visiting Panama when we decided to eat burgerking before heading back the lady at the drive thru was so rude we ordered 3 biscuits and she told us we must be hungry and my daughter took it as if she was calling her fat then we had to wait 15 mins in drive thru she was very rude there was no line I usually don't leave bad reviews but this was a terrible experience

Asked for a whopper add bacon, normally cost $7 after tax, today I spent $9 after tax for the bacon version and got three pieces of the worst bacon they could find it feels like. Pay more for bacon and barley got any bacon!!justr a sad

Hah........ I recon the staff was friendly enough. But the service is pitiful. Cold hamburger. Bread cold and crumbly. Patty as thin as a wafer. The drink machine was out of 80% of their stock. A whopper combo and 1 whopper sandwich, $28.00. pitiful. Fries were Luke warm so there's your stars. Was 2 people eating when we arrived so isn't like they didn't have time to get some quality done.Dietary restrictions: If you are wanting to lose weight, this is the place. You definitely won't finish your meal.

If there were zeros available for rating they would get used a LOT.The outside would probably chase most potential victims away. The parking lot is almost always empty or nearly empty (I wonder why?) but always has garbage scattered around. The drive-through ordering area looks like it is still hurricane damaged. I don’t believe I’ve EVER pulled up to the window and gotten my food-it’s pay and pull forward service.The only good thing about the inside is there are always many tables available (again, I wonder why?). The service is extremely slow. Today I was the only patron in the building. After 10 minutes I went up to the counter; the woman that actually TOOK MY ORDER asked what I had ordered. Only then (10 minutes later) did she request that someone “drop some fries”.And finally, the men’s bathroom. Toilet paper roll on top of the dispenser, a faucet that barely wets your hands, decent soap, but no paper towels or hand drier to be found. That must be some kind of health code violation at the very least.
