We had sat in the bar area and had Chandra. She was absolutely amazing. So sweet, attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable on the menu and local activities. The meal was absolutely wonderful. A very laid back but nice atmosphere that is also family friendly. Overall a great experience.

Came to restaurant while on vacay to the beach, food was ok, (love the tiramisu), place was pretty clean, waitress was ok, but I’d really like to say thank you to the hostess that was so sweet and accommodating to my special requests, I believe the young lady said her name was Ariella, and if it wasn’t for her I would have left before I ever sat down! She was just as sweet as can be and I would just really like to say thank you to her for making my trip worth it!! Thank you for being you!! and I know one thing is for sure, her momma sure raised her right! Thank you so much!!

Very nice menu and good value especially when you take the option to take home a meal of equal or lesser value for $10. The Sirloin steak was perfectly cooked and tender. Nice and cozy atmosphere and the service was exceptional. We look forward to coming back to this location on Panama City Beach Parkway.

I'm deeply disappointed with Carrabas. Their repeated cancellation of my Uber Eats orders, not once but twice, has left a bitter taste. Such unreliability and lack of respect for customers' time and expectations is unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one that claims to offer a taste of Italian hospitality. This experience has significantly diminished my view of their service quality and commitment to customer satisfaction.
