Pulled up at 9:23. There were 2 workers there mopping the floor. They put signs up telling people to pull around to order. A sign in the window says honk for service. After I honked, the two workers a male and female both looked at us and ignored us. Horrible service.

Absolutely no urgency whatsoever, waited 45 mins just to receive cold meat and uncooked bacon. Looked like trainees running the place. Props to the manager/district manager for leaving these kid to run it by themselves. Left door dashers waiting longer than 45 mins and got their orders confused with.

To Franchise Owner & Managers,Please fix your staff, and operations. The drive thru requires the customer to honk at the window in order to obtain service. However no service was given to us after honking. We went inside and ordered, but Tanessa had no clue on how to work the register, making our wait time longer than expected. I received an Under The Rainbow shake that was WHITE NOT PINK, & CHUNKY! Definitely not worth it. And the woman working who lended me the shake was not even dressed in work apparel! Worst of all, the first meal was my girlfriend’s COLD MEAT BURGER AND UNMELTED CHEESE! After we requested refunds - WHERE WE WERE TOLD WE MUST DIG IN THE TRASH TO GET HER BIRTHDAY GIFT CARD SHE USED, FOR A FULL REFUND! NO APOLOGY, NO MANAGER ON DUTY, & LEFT DOORDASH WAITING FOREVER. ALSO WATCHED THEM TOUCH FOOD WITH NO GLOVES.. NEED I SAY MORE!Thank you,Gavin

One of the worst Dairy Queen’s of my life ! Outside drive through had a signThat told us to honk our horn to get their attention? So we decided just to go in cause no one came. Only three people working that had 0 training. No one wearing gloves or proper uniform attire. Took us 20 min just to order a simple meal! Just for us to have to wait another 15 min to make ONE meal!! And the cheese was freshly COLD like it just came out of the fridge on a cold patty as well. Also when I first paid, it was with a gift card and the girl threw it away and when we went back for refunds not only did the girl not know how to do refunds but had to pull out her phone to call the manger and the manager said the only way to get my money back was to fish the card out of the trash can and put it back on that card! After some arguing the manager finally said just to give us a ten dollar bill replacing the gift card and one of the worst things is not one employee even tried to apologize at all!!! Not one single time did they say sorry for anything not the long wait not the food being cold… nothing absolutely horrible! Will never come to this location again!

I ordered my meal, through DoorDash.The food was close to being cold, upon arrival. And was also poorly packaged. And I never received my drink. They loosely put a lid on my blast cup, which was overflowing with ice cream, and put it in a bag. I also never received a receipt with my order. I 100% DO NOT recommend this Dairy Queen. I’m sure the customer service was very poor, just by judging the quality of my food and lack of receipt.

Went through drive thru after a long 25 minute wait we tried to order 2 different blizzards after being told they don’t have those we asked okay what flavors do you have they said just not those 2, so we tried another 2 flavors same thing we don’t have those either. Just very rude not helpful in the slightest clearly out of all blizzard ingredients so we left never going back to this location.

1 star for tonights non service prior to closingDisappointed when I arrived before 10 pm (9:53) to find they had decided to close early. Google said closes soon when I looked up while standing at the counter to order. Over all we LOVE Dairy Queen and this location usually provides excellent service.

Our food took 30 minutes to make and when we got it our food was cold and half of our order was missing. The workers were not doing much of anything. And we had to go up to the counter because something was wrong 5 times. They forgot all our sauces, two chicken strip orders, and three fries. My pretzels were cold as ice and hard. The bread was cold and soggy, and the fries were Greasy, cold and everything looked as if they had just been thrown in there. They were more focuses on door dash orders then people in the restaurant. I am very disappointed in this establishment currently.

Ordered 2 banana splits, they cut the banana in half for the 2 splits, so that each split got a half, my have was rotten. Not able to eat it. When asked cashier about it, her comment was oh ya he thought we were out of bananas, but were not. So we paid for full splits. Don't go there, not worth the money. Guess because they're a big chain, they can do what they want. But the mighty can fail, look at k-mart.
