Unfortunately this has happened to me twice or I would not give a bad review. Tried to order online, this location will not allow, maybe on busier days, i am not sure. Called in my order, was given a time for pickup. I go and there is no order. Ridiculous especially since I talk with an actual person to place order. No apologies given, just there is no togo order. I used to eat here all the time and never had an issue.

Not too long of a wait. Food was delicious with large portions.
Overall it was fine. Service was extremely slow. Food was ok, cold since it took so long to get out.Think we sat for 15 min at our table before someone came to greet us.Then everything seemed to go just as slow the rest of the visit.Overall I might try it again not on a weekend.

My favorite brunch spot in PCB. The caramel crunch latte is my favorite. I have been at least 5 times and every time is solid. The food is fresh and tasty.

Not a bad place to have breakfast. If you put some thought to it, you can make it a healthy meal., I like their gluten-free French toast. Service could be a little bit friendlier and faster.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free toast and gluten-free French toast. You can customize dishes to become dairy free.

Overall, I haven't found a better breakfast place in all my travels. Santa Rosa Destin location was just as Good!Wish I had one closer to me. It's nice not to just get fattening butter and pork for breakfast everyday. Would give 10 stars if I could.

My first and only experience at First Watch. Service was unacceptable. Waitress was polite but that was it . Waited 45 minutes to be seated ( that's OK ). Were seated 20 minutes before we placed our drink order and bc of that ordered breakfast at the same time . TOOK OVER AN HOUR BEFORE OUR FOOD WAS SERVED. Manager did not care when this brought up . Her response was , "we're busy , it happens ". I get being busy , but communication would have been appreciated
