Maddie was wonderful! She handled our large group with such kindness and did a great job. 5 stars for her! BUT.... the cost was absolutely ridiculous!! We were charged $13.00 for a single chicken breast with no side items. When I asked to speak with the manager, he was "too busy" and couldn't talk with me. I received a $5.00 off discount but my ticket was still $50.00 for a shared dinner plate, kids meal, and lemonade.Others in our group paid almost $100.00 for burgers and fries. I DO NOT recommend this establishment and will NEVER return here again. Maddie our waitress was great and of course, she has no control over prices, but the lack of care from the manager and the absurd cost needs to be made known to the public. Save yourself the money and stress headache and go visit another place to eat!!

Burger was somehow soggy and undercooked. Fries were undercooked. Ranch had gone bad. Soda was flat. Fries weren’t included in the price and it ended up being $25 a person for bad food. Honestly, used to love this place. Bummed that it won’t be a place we visit again.

This is my picture showing the red juices that flowed out of my very raw hamburger. A complaint to the server brought only a box and an apology no manager. This shows 5 paper towels that the raw juices had gone through.

Burgers were not bad but nothing spectacular. Kinda reminded me of Five Guys. The milkshakes although really cool to look at was not worth $14 in my opinion. Mine mostly tasted like chocolate syrup and the other one strawberry syrup. Was a different experience is about all.

I ordered well cooked burger and my food arrived within 5 minutes so I knew right then it wasn’t fresh but my issue was why did my burger taste like fresh raw fish ?

We have been to this restaurant several times. The burgers are really great. The service is generally good as well. The interior is nothing special, but people here for the food and not the view. The robot that serves shakes is pretty remarkable as well!
This is definitely a must visit at PCB. Their loaded tots and milkshakes are amazing! Customer service has always been great. I'm not big on burgers but I love the burgers here.

It’s obvious whoever the owner is doesn’t care after reading negative reviews not responded to. My family showed up and was greeted by the hostess who was nice. Shortly after seated 2 other groups came in and were seated behind us. Well what do you know they get their drinks and already start ordering food whilst not a soul acknowledged us. We got up to walk out and the hostess asked if we were leaving and I’m assuming our waiter ran up and said he was on the phone with his bank. I don’t really care who you’re on the phone with, you’re at work to work..I would’ve been fine had we been acknowledged at the least. Auto gratuity is the reason this business will tank.
