We ordered the classic roll, drink and side of tots. Total price $30. We wanted to try multiple things at the pier so we ordered only one meal to divide between the three of us - hence the sandwich cut in 3. ?First there was not a lot of meat in the sandwich and the tots were cold and over cooked. They were not busy at all so I am not sure what the issue was this day.

6/5. The staff, in particular Delta is professional, knowledgeable, and very sweet to speak with. The restaurant is clean and smells refreshing. The food is the star of the show. One of the best lobster dishes I’ve ever eaten, and the bread is cooked perfectly. Not burnt but toasted with warm butter, it tastes like. If you’re on vacation and near this establishment, you would not regret making a stop for you and your family. Absolutely amazing, and my wife & I will be back! Thank you!

Lobster rolls were delicious! The rolls are buttery and toasty but still soft. The Connecticut roll is warm and buttery, just delicious, I really enjoyed it! The sides are not impressive. The Cole slaw is on the dry side and not much flavor and doesn't seem all that fresh that way. The tater tots are not actually that, they're potato rounds which we typically see served with breakfast items. The kidsMac and cheese was ok, it's warmed in a way that makes it look a bit burnt. The New England clam chowder was good. Service is pretty quick, it's order pay and seat yourself. The prices are pretty average, on the high side - but it's lobster. The lowest I've paid for a roll is $18 and it's $19.99 for most. Very casual place, right across from the beach.

The first time we order takeout, two out of four of our meals were missing. We had a re-order two meals and by that time none of us were eating together. The second time we ordered pick up. One of our meals was missing, the Whoopie pie. I was looking forward to it since I’m from Maine was missing and the bowl of lobster bisque Was a half a cup.

The lobster rolls were good. They were super pricey though at 20 a piece. The place had some seating kinda small. More of a fast food feeling. If you love lobster rolls I recommend trying.

5-people $150. The quality of the food is worth the money spent. At this price point; however, you might expect a nicer atmosphere. The tables were dirty, not a clean one anywhere in the place. There wasn’t much of a dining area. The restaurant is set up like a deli — place your order at the counter, and take a number. They seemed under staffed with only 2-employees preparing food and taking orders. These women were working their tails off. The food was fantastic, but it’s hard to justify $30 per person for “fast food”. Not sure I’ll go back.
I'm very familiar with fresh lobster from Maine and the northeast. I thought we'd try Mason’s with a low expectation. Well, was I surprised. The sandwich reminded me of fresh lobster all the way to how the butter is used on the bread. The service was personal and helpful. Great experience with this Pier Park restaurant.

The table and chairs aren't for sitting long.Definitely a tourist place but good.
Shorter female staff was licking her fingers as she greeted me, ready to take my order. I had to prompt her to wash her hands. Had no clue they they were out of one product and offered a replacement. Didn’t catch names, but prefer taller woman’s service. Roll was mediocre. Too garlicky.

Never thought I’d have an issue with customer service like everyone else was having since I was ordering only one item, but here we are.Walked up and asked for “just a connecticut roll”. The employee sat there motionless in a catatonic state staring blankly ahead for several seconds like what I was asking for was unheard of. Then finally she broke out of her coma and blurted out “Oh, just a Connecticut roll”. Yeah. That’s why I ordered it?Moved to tap again because it doesn’t always work on the first time. She was absolutely incredulous. How could one do such a thing. Even though I’ve had to tap again dozens of other places because it sometimes doesn’t take, and it’s never an issue since it won’t charge twice. The daggers of absolute disgust I received…The lobster roll was solid if not great. Very much standard. For those that have never had a lobster roll before, this is how it works. They’re generally this size and even more expensive in other places.I’m not sure if the managers are mistreating the employees to make them like this, but my dudes- You’ve got to do better and make sure your employees are capable of handling a 15 second ordering and payment transaction without completely rebooting or being unbelievably pissed at people for committing the crime of trying to order food at your place.
