I went to get an icecream, no one responded to any of the speakers, I pull up, cashier already has an attitude with the car in front of me then she says why didn't we wait since she was busy collecting money... there's was ONE car in front of me. Then I said I just wanted an icecream it's no biggy-to stay waiting for the speaker if it's just an icecream. She said you're really in a rush for an icecream??? Hell I thought I was helping her! I'm actually not surprised- she looked ghetto and spoke ghetto... but then again she works at mcds.. I just wanted an icecream! Needles to say, I left w NO icecream!

Ice Cream Machine is Broken perhaps MORE than 50% of the time... At night when the day managers are gone, the drive-thru can be slower than average. I always use the App, even though I'm Pre-ordering, it's still faster to drive-thru, than to Park Curb-Side Pickup (they put you Last).

Placed a mobile order. Showed up 20 minutes later, sat at the drive through speaker for 10 minutes without anyone saying anything, so we pulled up to the window thinking maybe it was broken. Lady at the window gave us a lecture on “being patient” even though she couldn’t be bothered with a quick “I’ll be right with you”. When we got to the 2nd window we were told we needed to park and it would “take a long time to make all that food because there’s all the orders in front of you”. How? What orders? We are at the front of the line with an order that was now placed a half hour ago. Asked for money back, really the rudeness from the staff was the breaking point.

4/3- Ordered food on the mobile app, got there and sat in the drive thru not moving whatsoever for 10 minutes before changing to pick up at counter. We didn't get our food until a full hour after we had arrived at the McDonald's. The truck we had initially been behind in the drive thru left about 15 minutes before we did, so they clearly prioritize drive thru, even though it was also taking 30-45 plus minutes per car.3/31- All we came here for was 4 fountain drinks. It was $11 and took 15 minutes. They didn't have lemonade and they didn't have coke zero. Place was also just filthy, definitely wouldn't get food here.

The workers here are awful with major attitudes they mess up your order then act like it's your fault if you don't want to work in customer service find another job and the management thinks it's funny when you try and tell them

So, after I ordered food from this establishment, I called to make a complaint. I ordered a 4 piece of chicken nuggets, alongside a slurpee and a few other items for me and my friends. I called this establishment, and made a complaint about the OBVIOUS box of pickles, instead of receiving my nuggets. Once I did so, the male on the phone handling the issue was extremely rude and forwarded me to a “rejection hotline”. I called back, obviously upset, and again i was met with the same hotline. I am completely disgusted and angry with this restaurant at the moment. Not only that, but the food was extremely cold.

I’m not trying to be rude, but the guy working behind the counter look like he was homeless and handicapped. They should’ve not had him by himself working the drive-through window and the front register, when you have to call over the counter to the guy who is making the food to get service, that’s a shame then the guy slowly comes over to you with an attitude as he hand you your receipt you can see dirt and grime under his fingernails I can tell you now that doesn’t make you want to eat there.?
