Great food great service! Whole family enjoyed their food. Blackened snapper, Jamaican Shrimp, and the Coconut shrimp(they call it something else but it's Coconut shrimp) were all amazing!

Absolutely 100% best seafood I've ever had. Definitely recommend the grilled shrimp with cheese grits!

We have been coming here for years and the decline in quality is so obvious. We found a large bug in our food thankfully before anyone was able to eat anything. We left without taking a single bite. We will not be returning.

This was the worse experience at a restaurant. The first waitress we had was very nice and honest. She told us nothing on the menu was real Caribbean food. She also stated that we shouldn't waste our time here and we should go to another restaurant. Since it was so late we decided to give it a try. Boy, was she right. They didn't even have rice and peas. The j*** chicken tasted like garbage. The Mac & cheese Has so much salt on it I couldn't eat it at all. I told the waitress about it, she said the horrible chef likes to make it with a pillar of salt. It was a waste of $100. Do not waste your time coming to this restaurant. Eating out of the garbage would be better than this restaurant!

Not a fan. The waitress seemed annoyed we had a bigger group. My husband ordered a beer that never came, so he went up to the bar to get it himself. It seemed like since we had a group of 10 and the gratuity was going to be automatically added, we got the bare minimum service. Hush puppies were okay, not our favorite. Hubby and I split the chicken and I ordered a side of mashed potatoes. I did enjoy the mashed potatoes. If you are looking for a place that isn't busy and has okay food, go here. I personally will be taking this restaurant off my list.

Went here as a second choice after our first choice had a 90 minute wait. We were seated immediately so huge plus for this as we were already “hangry”. Our waitress Kim was very knowledgeable and courteous. She took our drink and appetizer order and came back often to see if we were ready to order our entrees. She offered refills and was just overall a great young lady. The menu is simple but covers just about every protein, from burgers to a rib eye to chicken options and of course seafood. We would definitely recommend Montego Bay for families and small groups.

The four of us grabbed some lunch from this restaurant after playing in the arcade. My brother in law got a dozen oysters and a bowl of gumbo. He claimed the oysters where very fresh and he really enjoyed, added some lemon and cocktail sauce. Kids got a corn dog and fries. Daughter was very pleased. The only issue is they brought the oysters first and then our food took a very long time to get it. I feel like I would have given a 5 star if the food came out faster but oh well and no they place was not packed at all. We both got burgers which I liked the bacon and 3 different kind of cheeses. I ate mine without a bun and gave my mac and cheese to the little one. She did enjoy that. The fries were hot and crispy. Very nice job.I would recommend this place if you are in the area and wanted to sit down for a meal. If you are in a rush it is a no -go.

I was very disappointed in this place. We had talked to a couple people around town so we decided to try. I had the j*** shrimp and my gf had the mahi-mahi. Both entrées were very bland with almost no seasoning. Try at your own risk.

Food and service was both amazing! They had live music which we always appreciate!! We will absolutely put this on our go to place when we're in town.

Came here while on vacation. We LOVED IT. There was no wait at 5 PM. The prices are incredibly affordable and the food was spectacular. Fresh and hot hush puppies! Can't go wrong! You need to come home here!

First things first we walk in and aren't greeted just being stared at by five people. We ordered oysters and when we got them we were so unimpressed. Every cracker broke so we couldn't even eat oysters on them. Had to wait 10 minutes just to get horseradish. Took 45 minutes to get our food. Waitress was not attentive to us. When it was time to pay our bill was 72.00 I handed her $100.00 and waited 10 minutes for her to bring the change back and she hands me $8 and when I ask her where is the rest she acts like I only gave her $80 which was a bald face lie. She was not nice about it and I will never set foot back in that place. Good riddance. So much for a nice fourth of July dinner after a long day of work.

I used to live in PCB for over 10 years and can say that I used to bring family and friends to this location when they would visit and I am happy to see that they made it through the past year and remained consistent with their food and service over the years! Montego Bay is located in the Shoppes at Edgewater, which is a shopping plaza that is anchored by Rocket Lanes and sits between Front and Middle Beach Road on Richard Jackson Boulevard. If you are coming off of Front Beach, then they are located at the back end of the plaza. Given their location, parking is plentiful and always available. One main reason we ended up here this past week was the wait time and the fact that they use Yelp Waitlist! Once I figured out that they were one of the only spots on the beach that are enrolled, we jumped on the waitlist and hopped in the car! Upon arrival the app still showed we had about 15 minutes to wait, however upon entry we were sat immediately. Service - Our Server was friendly and helpful. He stated he worked there about 10 years ago and recently came back, so he was a little rusty, but he did a great job. After a round of waters a few of us grabbed a couple of cocktails and a beer. The beer was served in a cool color changing cup, sadly we walked off and left it on the table. Luckily I hadn't told my nephew it was coming his way just yet...I got a classic Gin & Tonic, which was heavy on the Gin and I was not complaining about it at all, especially since it was well priced at less than $5! My dad ordered a Strawberry Margarita and he was also quite pleased with his selection. *Before we dive into the food, it is important to note that they are still operating off of a limited menu, so if you are expecting that small book they used to have...you will be sadly surprised once you sit down.* That being said, the limited menu has about 25 options that are broken down between appetizers, baked oysters, soups/salads, house dishes, specialties, sandwiches and desserts. This is a seafood spot, so as long as that is what you are after, you should be solid even with the limited menu. While all the items on the menu made sense, I did raise my eyebrow at the Liver and Onions. In normal places this would be a weird dish, but for a seafood restaurant operating on a limited menu this was a super odd thing to feature...but maybe there is something special or magical about this dish that I don't know! For us, we kicked off with a few appetizers, the Mozzarella Sticks and the Hot Seafood Dip. The mozz sticks were standard, but tasty. The seafood dip was served with tortilla chips and was delightful! The dip was creamy, hot and packed with seafood! For dinner most of us got fried seafood of some variety and one of us got the chicken salad. He did not regret his decision, as seafood isn't his thing and the salad honestly was good. It was packed with veggies and perfectly grilled chicken. My dad and I both got the Fried Shrimp platter with mashed potatoes. The shrimp were perfectly fried and plentiful as there are about 12 per platter. Due to the size and number, we both had to take about 5 home with us. My mom got the special seafood sampler which was a plate of fried seafood including snapper, shrimp, stuffed crab and oysters. She isn't an oyster fan, so she opted for extra shrimp. All of our dishes were served with hush puppies, which were crispy on the outside and pillowy and soft on the inside! While there was not anything other worldly about the food, it was all quite tasty. I will say that the sampler, while a decent amount of fried food being priced over $30 was a little jarring. My mom really to get her seafood on, so of course she got it, but not sure if we would again at that price. After drinks, apps and dinner without dessert, we ended up spending about $35 per person (pre-tip). Overall, Montego Bay is a long standing institution of the beach. For as long as it has been there, I am surprised more people don't know about it. It could be the location in the shopping center, but hey...if it keeps the wai
