Horrible. We frequent our local Panda Express in Georgia, so we have a pretty good idea of what to expect. Or so I thought.I tried to order a cub meal with sweetfire chicken and was immediately told I was only allowed to choose teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, or broccoli beef. I order this exact cub meal every visit back home, and I could have ordered it here if I placed it on the app for pickup. So why refuse that? She says "but you can get the bowl though!" I mean if I wanted a bowl I would have ordered a bowl. So I said that's fine just give me a small entree of the sweetfire and she shrugged dramatically like I was an idiot for not just getting the bowl. I'm not going to buy food that is without a doubt going to end up in the trash so I don't know what was hard to understand about that.Then, we get down to the cashier and it takes a solid 5 minutes just to check out with three items. There was just zero effort on anyone's part in this restaurant. She was moving so slow we didn't even bother to ask for drinks. And unfortunately, nothing was fresh. The chicken was chewy and seemed like it had just sat in the heat too long. The cream cheese rangoons were stale. My daughter and I both felt sick the rest of the day.

We ordered take out here because it was much cheaper than a lot of the restaurants here but the lo mein noodles were not like other Chinese places—looked like they use spaghetti noodles and they were still a bit hard. Beef and broccoli was way overcooked and tasted like it had cream of mushroom soup in it—not the usual brown sauce I was expecting. Orange chicken was good but my husband’s food was also way overcooked and mushy and the sauces are just weird.

The lady attending the drive through was very rude. I told her, “one minute please”, there were no other cars behind me, and she later rudely said, “it’s been a minute”. She said this with terrible attitude. This was the lady on the drive through on March 14 at 1:36. Please do better. They also forgot my side and drink.

They try to scam you if you order a water.If you order water, you get a kids cup (4oz cup). They will not let you order a medium or large water - instead, you have to order a plastic bottle of Dasani which is $3, twice the cost of a normal soft drink.When handed a kids cup, I asked them if they had medium or large cups and the girl told me NO. Absolute clowns.If you drink soda, it's all good - you can order a large coke. But if you are an adult, that drinks water, the most they can do is a kids cup. Wouldn't even let me pay for a large. Again, clowns. Will never ever eat at this stupid establishment again.

I was very displeased with the inconsistencies from Wisconsin, Indiana,(same) to Florida.I went here with my family, and they counted out my 5 honey walnut shrimp, counted out my 4 pieces of beef, and 9 pieces broccoli five pieces of firecracker shrimp!I asked why she was counting, and the other server raised his voice and said, "That's why they call it broccoli and beef cause there's more broccoli than beef, 4 broccoli 2 beef!"Every other panda express I've gone to would put a scoop of what you order in your carton.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Kweli the manager at Panda Express located in Pier Park, Panama City Beach. I placed an online order which, upon arrival at the drive-through, I was rudely, baby talked to pick up inside. Once inside and upon checking my order, I discovered that an entrée was missing. This wasn't the first occurrence of such an issue, but previously, the management (gentlemen) had rectified the situation by providing the missing items in little red containers. However, this time, when I approached the manager, Kweli, with the issue, she denied my request for the additional entrée or a refund, insisting that my order had been incorrectly entered, despite evidence to the contrary shown on the app. Throughout the interaction, I maintained composure and was met with polite refusal, although it felt dismissive, culminating in Kweli's decision to not engage further or offer any resolution. This experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I cleRly did not receive what i paid for nor was i issues a refund after politely requesting multiple times. I am compelled to request attention from a higher management level to address this matter.I aslo called the 23rd street Panda Express to confirm with management that i was indeed was not given everything that I paid for. Management also confirmed that i could have, and should have been issued a refund but Kweli did not do so.

Ordered from here drive-thru employee didn’t want me to wait 10 minutes for my order so highly encouraged me to get something else. Not even an hour later I have food poisoning. 100% don’t recommend.
