Had an issue with my delivered order, filled out an online survey describing my issue. The manager of the local Pizza Hut emailed me with an apology and a credit for a future order. I'm grateful this restaurant cares enough about their customers to acknowledge and fix their problems.

I've been saying for years that I think the quality of Pizza Hut has gone down over the years. I feel like 1995 to 1997 was Pizza Hut's Prime in my life. Last night we pulled up and got our pizza and I didn't wait to get home I ate the pizza immediately in my car and I swear it tasted like 1995. All I got was a cheese pan pizza with extra sauce. Tasted like childhood. Maybe I need to eat the pizza immediately each time I get pizza hut. All I know was it was delicious.
