The service was horrible. I ended up ordering a burger with no pickles and I got my burger and it had pickles. The lady then took it back and then not even a minute later came back with a guy and said there was no pickles. He then had an attitude with me and was rude. They obviously didn’t make me a new one and gave me the same one but took the pickles off. My food was cold and under cooked. I would not recommend this place this is unacceptable.

Waited outside for 20 minutes before they even took my order. I tried to talk to them since everyone around me was getting their orders taken. They just blamed me, we're rude, ignoring everything I said, and they said I was pressing the button too much (I pressed it twice in 20 minutes). I went to a different stall and got someone to serve me in less than a minute. Clearly they don't have their act together and their equipment is faulty. Very poor service and terrible first time experience at a sonic.

The kiosk was not working and it took 10-15 minutes for me to get help. The young woman was awesome that did assist. In their defense; it was late and all I wanted was Sonic Blast. It was awesome!

I ordered on app while still at home. It was to be ready at 8:05 pm. I got there and checked in and waited in a stall until 830 then pushed the button. I again sat there until 845 with no response so I got in drive thru. We had already paid for our food do we couldn't just leave like everyone else was doing. Upon getting to window I actually felt bad for the 2 young guys working. They had said that all the employees walked out and it was only them left. However, by the time I got my food and back home it was after 9 and it was just completely not edible. It was obvious it had been ready and sitting there the whole time. I get the lack of help but it's been that way pretty much every visit so I'm gonna just say no more sonic for our household :(
