this is quite literally the best starbucks i have ever been to. in my 4 years of living in PCB they’ve never messed up an order, always so sweet and super fast as well. everybody that works here deserves a raise lol

Way better than the Dunkin right across the street, food was great, the barista at the window was sweet. They were packed but we got through quickly. Highly recommend over the Dunkin across the street.

The person at the window was nice. We ordered 5 drinks. One was super light and tasted light, so we believe the extra espresso ordered was not added. Two did not have any coffee at all and were made like the creme drinks. One was supposed to be a creme drink but was full of coffee. One drink was made and handed through the window as ordered. 1 out of 5 is not good, Starbucks.

OUTSTANDING customer service. FIRST and foremost it's nice to see a Starbucks that still supports a Military/First Responder discount l. I'll tip 50% alone for that. MOST important they DO NOT ROB YOU! I ordered the same exact drink at Pier Park Starbucks and at Busy Bee Starbucks it was almost $2 cheaper BEFORE they gave me a discount!! I wouldnt go to any other Starbucks than the one at PCB Busy Bee!!!

Two visits here in the week. Busy drive through business. I always order 2 drinks. One hot and one cold. The hot one always comes out first. Then there is about a 10 minute wait for cold one. Today person that waited on me couldn’t be bothered to get customer names causing confusion at pickup spot. I inquired why there was always a big difference in time between drinks being ready. (Doesn’t happen much in drive through). She said, “did you get your drinks?” . I replied yes and tried to ask why big delay between drinks. Cutting me off mid sentence She said, “ well have a nice day then”. She spun and walked away. Good thing there is another Starbucks nearby. Last visit after waiting 25 minutes for second drink, to find out it was made wrong. At these prices, the Starbucks service model should be in force. Instead, this Starbucks is abrasive.

Usually Starbucks are really noisy place...but honestly this one it is really a nice, clean and quiet place even if there is some action.

Had a gift card so ordered a drink on the mobile app for pick up. Said it’d be ready 3 minutes after I ordered, and no I don’t expect that to be accurate - I know they are busy and I hadn’t even left my house yet. However, after arriving I sat to wait for my order to show up on the pick up counter. 40 mins total after ordering and it still hadnt been made. What’s the point of doing mobile pick up if I can just go thru the drive thru and get my drink faster? Stupid. I just left because I didn’t care enough to wait for them to make the darn thing any longer. Not saying it’s their fault, they are probably understaffed possibly, but that’s just ridiculous that a pick up order is not ready in FORTY MINUTES over someone else’s drink who did not do a pick up order ahead of time. I don’t even frequent Starbucks often, but when I do use the rest of my gift card, I will go to another location. This one is off my list for good.

Hopefully this is just a one off. I normally hit the drive through at this location. Today I decided to walk in. I was not greeted at all for the several minutes I stood there. Lucia finally did greet me. She was pleasant, and quickly took my order. The girl who was predominately making the drinks along with a girl in drive through seemed to be in conversation on their headpieces about a recent phone call about brand and couldn't be bothered with me I guess. I work in this industry. I observe a lot, and normally all Starbucks locations have someone who immediately greets their guests in a friendly manner. Outside of Lucia, everyone seemed cold. The energy matched that when you walked in. Bummer.
