They took our reservations 2 weeks ahead. then closed the restaurant without notifying us.

Menu has some nice dishes. The ceiling is low in dining room and fake ivy w christmas lights adds an ambience. Pay attention to small details and you might not love it here. The ice tastes like the filter needs changing.

Listen when i tell you their food are superb!! Believe me, take it from an island girl like me that knows nothing but flavors when It comes to authentic genuine food. I've been around to a few fine dining before, but it ain't even about the fine like the dining!! Baby this one is a TO GO FOR!!, you will love it TRUST ME!!.. am coming back here for sure no doubt about it!! I don't normally post reviews, but this one I had to!!... and their services fantastic ?..I would recommend 1000%!!!!

We're local and love this little place. Amazing fresh food, great service, makes the best Grey goose martini and always our happy place to go. The Terrace is only open three nights a week, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. For selfish reasons, I'd like to not review and keep this restaurant just for us. However, we're all about supporting really good local businesses. Bravo little Terrace!

We have been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years. The food is always good, but this time the service was terrible. We had guests with us and we spent over $400 dollars this night. We were asked to live as the next reservation had arrived. There were empty booths and tables to accommodate them. We were only there two hours. We still had not finished our dessert or our wine. Very bad for business.

The food at this place is up to par with the prices. The way this restaurant is managed and how the servers handle themselves is a different story. I’d rather sit in a McDonald’s drive thru for 45 minutes and deal with their employees than be served by the individuals this establishment allows to wait tables. If you’d like to feel belittled by staff and receive the absolute worst service imaginable this is the place for YOU!!! I’ve personally witnessed better service at the majority of FAST FOOD restaurants across America. I will say they do have great food, but it’s nothing that couldn’t be done at home without the terrible attitudes of those serving you. I truly believe the environment I encountered here took a couple of months off my life. It’s safe to say I will not be revisiting and you should do the same! PS if you have a reservation, they will ignore you and you will still have to wait an additional 30+ minutes after your original reservation time. As reviews have said before, TRASHY HOLE IN THE WALL!!!
As a service worker, I am upset to say I will NEVER step foot into this business again. After hearing mixed reviews and even hearing from a close family friend that a waitress once asked him “Are you sure you can afford that?” when placing his order, we still decided to give the restaurant a try for a nice birthday dinner.Although the food was phenomenal, it’s safe to say I’d rather (and will be) taking my money elsewhere from now until forever. We had an incredibly unpleasant waitress as well as a very obnoxious dining experience with an attitude filled conversation with the owner at the end of our meal to top it off.

It's been a couple of years since my last visit to the Terrace.Food was excellent, Great service.Had fried lobster tail appetizer, Chef's Grouper and Shrimp special, house salad and Creme Brulee. Well prepared, plated and excellent flavors!

Go ahead and save yourself a couple of hours and a headache and avoid this trashy place. It may seem like a hole in the wall on the outside but the rats that are work inside are way worse. Reservations are not recognized, go ahead and make one but still wait ~35 minutes for a table just to be talked down to by the staff. At no point in my life would a recommend any friend or family of mine to visit this restaurant, only my worst enemies deserve this type of treatment. But seriously, absolutely awful service from the staff, truly disappointing because the food is good but not good enough to put up with blatant disrespect and disregard from employees as a PAYING customer to this restaurant. Do better..

Called in to make a reservation, to which we were told it was not needed. While we waited, were told that all tables were reserved and that they “couldn’t seat our party”. Didn’t even give us an option to return at a later time. Attempted to return the following day and had the exact same response about our party not being able to be seated. Very strange and borderline offensive. Do not recommend, especially for Hispanic customers because they “can’t seat us”.
