I came in to get a smoothie bowl, I asked the kind guy at the counter if the granola was gluten free he went to the back to ask a girl with white and black hair and she acted as if he was annoying her with the question and then rudely told him the brand of granola and said to look it up on google. If she’s his supervisor I feel extremely sorry for him and I ended up not ordering anything because I wouldn’t trust a young kid to properly make my açaí bowl after she seemed annoyed by the slightest inconvenience.

Went today for the first time after seeing a coworker with a bowl. Allysa was so friendly and helpful. She was such a joy to see first thing in the morning. I will definitely be a regular.

Smoothie was just okay like maybe they forgot couple of the ingredients. The only thing I can say about the service is; if you don't like where you work go somewhere else and be happy because your attitudes and the sour looks on your faces say you hate your job. It certainly shows to your customers!!!

Conversation from employees about work drama and not receiving tips was very loud and unprofessional. This made me turn right around and go elswhere. Instead, you should be focusing and conversing on how to be more professional and have better customer service, and then the tips will follow.

I order doordash from this place, they never seal the bag or smoothie so I can’t even tell if my doordasher stole half the order or they just forgot to put it in, they made the smoothie wrong, forgot my salsa and sides I paid extra for and the food was disgusting. Save your money.

I for the Bahama Mama ( I hope I remember that correctly) lol. I had spinach added to my smoothie and oh my gosh... it was delicious! My forgot what my son ordered, but he also loved his. I ordered the avocado grilled cheese, it was pretty good. I just wish that it had a little more cheese or the paste because it was a bit dry. The staff were okay, they didn't make it feel welcoming, but they weren't rude either. It just felt like I went into a fast food restaurants. Ordered, money exchanged, and food was handed. I just wish that there was better customer service, we are paying a good amount for what we get.

Thai wrap is my go to and it's disgusting here. A wrap isn't to be sopping wet. I literally threw it in the trash. It shouldn't be dripping. Less is more!

They used to be so good they were messing up my order for my turkey sandwich so I started ordering buffalo chicken wrap that is such a mess it was like eating a ranch wrap. Very little chicken in a whole lot of ranch it said light wrench but it wasn't no tomatoes in it and I asked for tomatoes nothing in it they've been messing up so bad on the food I'm just disappointed and probably won't go back now. Maybe once in awhile for a smoothie if they can get that right they even messed that up but never for food again
