stopped here with my family as soon as we got to pcb because we always heard good things about this place and wanted to try it. service was good, i got a bacon cheeseburger, it however was not very good. cheese wasn’t even melted, super thin and too much lettuce/tomatoes. fries were old and not very good either.
The food wasn't as good as I remembered it to be. Not sure if this was due to the rush we encountered, but it was definitely pretty chaotic. The rockstar of our experience was seeing one of your staff literally do the job of 3 people. She took our order, I saw he cleaning, assisting customers, just a rockstar during this rush--- give that girl a raise!! My husband and I were here for the weekend and we were so excited to see a Whataburger my husband's been to one several times and this was my first experience I really enjoyed my burger I had the #1 I forgot to say no salt on my fries so I wasn't able to eat all of them but my over all experience was really good that when he asked me the next day what I wanted for lunch I said Whataburger. Thanks for the great food.
