Trash!!! Do not come here!!!NO ice in the soda machine with the critically over-flowing trash should have sent us away immediately. Then the DISGUSTING, BULLY OF A MANAGER literally swiped a sundae out of my mothers hands off the table after requesting a spoon. They apparently didn't have any spoons, so she inexplicably TOOK the sundae, made a huge scene of throwing it out, and yelling "do you want a refund"? No one asked for a refund or to have their food ripped from them! Just a UNTENSIL! We were so polite, that it was *shocking* how abrupt and mean she was.Meanwhile a HUGE FIGHT broke out in the kitchen with all of the workers in the back pushing, screaming, etc.I don't know how they kept their footing in a fight, even the dining area floors were slick with grease! Absolutely foul place.

Service was subpar as the wait to order with no line in the drive-thru was over 5 minutes initially then after the order is complete, we roll to the window and are advised there is no order in the system and we would need to enter the lobby to order. Understanding of technical issues, we entered and were greeted by staff members making vague derogatory comments about "white people" and took over 30 minutes after entering the lobby to receive our food. After thanking the staff and leaving the lobby, they began to visibly mock and poke fun. The order ended up missing items, and overall, it was the worst BK. Will not return, would not recommend.
