My wife waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes and still got cold food they also messed up thr order by not giving her a small fry that was ordered and a water instead of sprite there is no reason anyone should sit on line for 30 minutes at a fast food restaurant especially in the drive thru

I’ve been to this particular Burger King 4 times in 3 years. 3 drive thru experiences that were obnoxiously long for 1 whopper and once I ordered through the app and went to pick it up and they had never even started the meal. I do not mind waiting for great food but when I get food from here it’s made the absolute worst way possible and cold every time. Horrible place, makes me hate Burger King.

I am so sick of this place! I went in and ordered 4 double bacon cheeseburgers and they couldnt get that right. They gave me regular cheese burgers so they charged me and gave me half of what i ordered. The place was dirty with trash all over the floor and there was water on the floor in the bathrooms. An old woman with a cane said she nearly slipped. This place needs to get things right or they will be loosing customers due to the area being built up around it!

Made an order ahead on the app. Ordered one of the new breakfast bundles and a medium coffee. They gave me a small lukewarm coffee. The hashbrowns were cold and crunchy, French toast sticks were pieces and parts you could put together to get 2 whole sticks. The best part of the whole thing was the cold smooshed croissant. Will not ve visiting that BK again.

Really fantastic fast food restaurant! I love coming to get the chicken sandwich and the fries. The food is always warm and the vegetables are fresh! The staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is clean when I go to pick up my food. Service was quick and overall great
