My food was room temperature at best. The blackened grouper had a good taste it just was not hot. My potatoes and veggies were room temp too. I guess they were understaffed because it took the waitress quite a while to take our order. It was so cold on the inside of the building that we sat outside.

Good Food. I really would like to know how many shrimp should come on a 1/2 and 1/2 plate. Sometimes I get 8, sometimes 6 other times 4.
Had a great meal, expensive for the portion received but it was good. They're using the term platter generously here.Had a jam up old fashion whiskey drink here, very good.

My husband and I just recently moved to Panama City , however we would always eat at The Captains Table when we visited in the past. The food is excellent ! I highly recommend this restaurant.and recommend the horseradish encrusted snapper !
First timers here and coming from Texas. I was super disappointed and unimpressed with the food. Ordered a shrimp po boy with buffalo sauce and French fries. The fries weren’t fresh at all. Literally frozen crinkle fries. You can tell they were sitting under the warmer all day. They were hard and stale. As for the sandwich, isn’t a po boy sandwich with popcorn shrimp? I was served regular shrimp with buffalo sauce but somehow the shrimp was dry and not popcorn style. Bread wasn’t toasted or anything. Served with ice berg lettuce with a tomato slice. My husband ordered the fried platter and everything just looked reheated… the fried okra as well as his fries were old, nothing was made to order. The only thing fresh were my son’s chicken strips and our appetizers. We couldn’t eat our food since it wasn’t edible which was unfortunate for us giving the fact that this place was so expensive. Y’all need to do better. I always say, if you’re not willing to eat it, then you shouldn’t serve it. Service was great but that’s about it.

This place is absolutely delicious. The service was wonderful and we received our food very quickly. The food was flavorful and hot when it arrived to our table. Our waitress was very attentive and made the dining experience an excellent one. We will definitely be returning to this place should we come back to Panama City Beach!

Ive been living in panama city my whole life and today was one of the worst dining experience i’ve ever experienced.Me and my family sat for over a hour for food that was by far underrated the steaks were thin as paper the hush puppies were hard enough to hit with your driver and the worst part about it all was the cost i almost dined and dashed but the severe was awesome that was the only plus to this experience!!!
