$5 for a thin plain waffle. $3 for a drink that's half flat. The only time we seen a waitress was when she took the order and someone else brought the food which took 10 mins. no help. And the syrup bottle was almost empty didn't even have enough for the tiny waffle. Just do yourself a favor and go to waffle house better food and service and better prices.

Nice atmosphere and wonderful customer service. There was a huge influx of customers but, the waitresses are very experienced and attentive. The grits were a bit cold; overall wasn't my favorite breakfast spot. But it's definitely a great place to keep in mind, just not for me.

Almost didn't come here because of iffy reviews, but so glad we did. Excellent food and service, clean. Had heavenly hash and lived up to it's name! No complaints!!

Absolutely wonderful place for breakfast. The people, the atmosphere, the efficiency... and the FOOD! Every town needs a diner like this one. Very impressed.

Walked in and saw they were busy. Figured no big deal all the tables were full we can wait.Stood there for over 5 minutes and not a single person acknowledged us.Several of the waitstaff looked more irritated with us being there than anything else.My dad loved these restaurants and used to bring us here when we’d visit. So much for nostalgia and wanting to eat.We Left with no one acknowledging we walked in - if you want to be ignored for greasy inexpensive food, head on over. They got you covered

Charlie Coram's is pretty much an icon in this part of the Florida Panhandle. They have a standard type menu that is not extensive and has mostly patrons favorite dishes compiled from the years they've been in business. I had the Heavenly Hash which was what my friend ordered with quite a few extras like cheese, mushrooms, and some other items. The service was fast even with only 1 server and 1cook. My discontent was when ordering my friend ordered first and had the complete attention of our server but when I ordered it seems I didn't. I told the server I wanted mine the same as my friend's just not as much cheese. When we were served mine was not the same as how my friend's was. It was the menu basic. I didn't bother saying anything about it as we were on a time crunch. Also, it had way too much diced ham that hadnt touched the grill so was a little cold and clumped in pretty much one area. I have eaten at this Charlie's before many times and had very nice breakfasts but this time they were not on they're game and they weren't so busy that they can use that as an excuse.

While I know a lot of businesses are short staffed and normally I am quite at ease having to wait for food. Today my Aunt and I went there for lunch. Our first outing since July when she had open heart surgery.. We were excited to finally be able to go out for lunch. We chose Coram's on 23rd St. We've eaten there many times for lunch. Today she ordered the Philly Steak Cheese and I ordered a Grilled Ham and Cheese on Wheat bread and Fries.. I don't normally complain about the food i order but the French Fries I was served today were not only un-edible but unappealing. They had the appearance of fries that had been left over and recooked in the fryer, and served lukewarm, ,, I have included a photo of them. If you click and enlarge the image you will see what I mean.

I came here last Saturday and had such an amazing experience! My boyfriend and I are currently heading back here now to eat again! :) We had a great server, Mrs. Robin. She was sweet and kind. She definitely went above and beyond! I also know a Mr. Tyler was one of the cooks. Everything was phenomenal! The food came out so quick and was cooked to perfection! Our drinks were never left empty. I love all of the decor within the restaurant! 10/10 for sure!

We tried this place for the first time for breakfast. It's a busy restaurant and not so big from the inside. They cook the food right in front of you. We ordered their Lumberjack omelette that comes with cheese, hash browns, onions, peppers, jalapeños and meat. I don't eat ham, so they made mine without it. We also tried their Spanish omelette. Both omelettes come with grits or hash browns and a side of toast. The omelettes were huge and tasted really good. I also liked their pecan waffle. Everything is made fresh and service was fast for us. Our server was great. She checked on us a few times to make sure we didn't need anything else. Overall I was very pleased with their food quality and service. I'll return to try some other things from the menu.
