Worst one in Panama City…. Avoid! They actually told me the don’t sell large shakes after giving me a small. Lots of talking cussing and distracted employees. This is not what I expected from the restaurant. Do not go to this location!!!

I came through the drive through to pick up dinner tonight and got home and opened my spicy sandwhich to see a spicy filet that was smaller than a spicy breakfast filet. For $5.29 and $20 even on 2 meals I feel a little ripped off. As a former Chick-fil-A employee who worked in the kitchen this is disappointing to see to say the least. The standard is touching on at least 3 sides of the bun and while I understand that accidents happen, someone saw this and thought that someone would be happy opening this up. I included a couple pictures and my hand for scale. I hope someone was just having an off night because this isn’t the standard I was taught.

The young lady at the Togo window light skinned really polite and sweet as you would expect from chic fila a but she reminded me of my girlfriend's daughter who is amazing but my boyfriend was the 1 to point it out we were annoying ordered 2 milkshakes after we paid and she kept smiling the entire time didn't even flinch her eyes mine would have been rolling in my head if I waited on me. Oh wait I almost forgot I ordered a grilled chicken club sandwich and I thought that it would come with bacon but to my disappointment I didn't have any ? but because of the extra nice customer service I didn't want to say anything but then again it was my boyfriend's sandwich not mine
Compared to all the other Chick Fil-A’s we have gone to, this one was super slow. I’m not sure if there was something unusual going on that day as we were just visiting.

Ordered a #1 with bacon. Didn't have sauce or bacon. The fries were cold and upside down in the bag. We didn't have the right drinks. Worse service from a Chick-fil-a we've ever had.

Love Chick-Fil -A, food is awesome. The drive through is fast especially with the young ladies standing outside to take your order and get you through the line faster.
Idk the young girls name that was taking orders from the register closest to the kitchen In the front about 10 mins ago but she let her friends skip ahead of me in line ,then handed everyone in the lobby their food except me didn’t even call my name to tell me let my food sit on the counter and get cold I don’t know what her problem is but she needs to fix it asap or get a different job no one asked you to work ther you can be replaced .I’ve always had good experiences until now .that’s the kind of employee that will ruin a business.

If I could give this location a 0 I would the girl on the radio was super rude and told me that all there salads are not freshly made. And telling I cannot put extra on any of my orders. If you don’t like customer service don’t do it. And the fact that she said at this location we don’t change anything says a lot. How you going to tell me you can’t add anything because that’s how it comes. If I’m paying extra what does it matter. She was super rude and I’ll never come back here.

This was in Panama Beach. I'm a celiac and thought I would have no trouble here. The clerks argued over what was gluten free. I ended up with grilled chicken nuggets and their fries. Oh, what a mistake... let me say that the catsup was the only tasty part of this meal. My husband got a chicken sandwich, not gf, and said he would never return to a chic-fil-a again.

I was so upset to open my breakfast chicken biscuit and realize it was the size of a quarter! And for 4$??? I’m going to Wendy’s for breakfast from here on out!
