I went here Easter Sunday and one person showed up to work by herself. This young lady worked so hard trying to keep up and still had a smile and was friendly even tho she had to be stressed! If I owned this company this young lady would be well compensated for her actions today!!!!!!

I would be remiss if I didn't post a review. About 5 to 4 months ago I remember visiting this Dunkin' and being disappointed. However, over the last month, the team has turned it around. New owner, new managers, new team, I am not sure. However, I will say they are doing a great job. The lobby is clean and inviting, drive thru moves quickly, and they greet with you a smile and wonderful attitude. I can imagine that this is thankless job, yet managers or owners what ever you are doing you are helping your team feel "seen" and it shows! Team members at Dunkin, you are doing awesome!
Service was terrible. Rude staff and order was wrong. They were not busy but by the way the responded to basic requests such as "do you have ketchup?" The girl at the drive through acted like we just asked her to cater a meal for 100 ppl. Ridiculous. Plus forgot half of the order. Poor kitchen worked his butt off.

Today was not good and I'm a regular of dunkin. We had ordered 4 "Snackin bacon egg and cheese WRAPS" I tried to explain to the drive thru worker it was wrong but he wouldn't hear me out. He just kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me talk. I understand snackin bacon and the sweet black pepper wraps are two different things but they heard us say wraps on the speaker so they could've corrected us. Also, I know it's the same stuff they use. The guy has curly hair and he is very nasty. Instead of hearing me out and trying to fix it for us, he just kept arguing with me and he has a very nasty attitude.

Great service by friendly ladies! Their stock was a little low but they have what we were looking for and suggested a beverage I had not tried but was very pleased with.
Best trip to DD in 10 years!!!! Shannon was SO NICE!! The other ladies making drinks were chatting with us about the new refresher drinks and sharing secret substitutions ?Our food was fast and delicious but the new refreshers are a game changer!!Whole experience 10/10
