Got an order of fish tacos. It came with 3 small tacos. One had barely any fish and the other had no pico. They taste good, but not what I expected for the price.

Food was absolutely amazing!!! Came to an event at my Church New Antioch on Vermont Blvd. During a Backpack Giveaway in November 2023

Patty was so attentive while taking all of the orders with all the different dietary restrictions. Love the asada tacos, I ordered along with the fries were so yummy. The Dr Pepper was cold enough didn't require any ice. All the food is made to order totally worth the wait. If you see #savagetacotruck stop and support a local taco....

the wait was absolutely absurd, they pause taking orders for 10 minutes at a time and take forever to serve your food.

Guy taking my order didn't hear me right and messed it up. He was unfriendly and rude. Then the cook handed my food and he too was unfriendly and rude. Food was pretty mediocre especially for the steep prices. Having the default tip options being around 20% for that kind of service is laughable

They catered our staff appreciation for the second year in a row. I look forward to their tacos. Last year I got their tacos de asada and garlic fries and they didn't disappoint. This year, I tried the jerk chicken tacos and a caesar salad. Chicken was tender, slightly spicy, and delicious. Their Caesar salad was fresh and delicious as well. Generous portions! And they are super friendly and kind!! Definitely recommend and I need to hit them up again soon!! Thank you Savage Tacos

Carne asada tacos--decent flavor but small and doesn't come with salsas on the side. $12 isn't awful but you may be left hungry after. I was.

This place is so great! My friends brought Savage Tacos out for their wedding reception and everything tasted so delicious. Chicken J*** Tacos - My friend said they were spicy but I didn't really feel any (I'm a heat seeker that burns my tastebuds off on a regular basis). So if you're sensitive to spice and heat, just be aware! Asian Wonton Tacos - Very delicious! Honestly could have eaten another order of these. The wontons are delicate so I recommend getting a fork to help eat it once the shells break. Carne Asada Fries - I'm a fan of brunt cheese, so the crispy burnt cheese in the bottom of the tacos was a great touch. Lots of umami flavor in one bite between the cheese, carne asada, sauces, and onions. These fries were great for sharing amongst a group of people. Enjoyed everything that I ate, would eat here again if I were to see Savage Tacos in the future!

This taco truck came to a court house I was at for jury duty. The food was amazing! I got vegan tacos. Some nice guy who played some acting role on Sonic (**** movie) paid for my food which made the food taste even better!

We are very lucky that we have opportunity to order street food on our campus, where we get different food trucks weekly during our lunch breaks, so I was excited to try Savage Tacos food, since they had vegan labeled food on their menu. Upon pickup, that excitement was definitely not there anymore. First, wait time will be very long. I ordered food trough their online service, 15 minutes later received a message that food was ready to be picked up, so I quickly ran in between my meetings to grab the food. When I got there, the line was so long and all these people were waiting for a pickup, only few to actually make a new order. So their automated system is not based on the actual status, it is estimated. Since there were only 2 people working, one to prepare the food and one to take new orders and hand ready orders, wait time, even after receiving message that food was ready, was additional 30 min. Now, they can note how they can not control that automated system ... but they can definitely control on how many orders they accept immediately and estimate prepare time. I can see how sometimes that could not be a huge problem, however when your truck is providing a service on the commercial lot and not public street, people are running in between the meetings, you need to either come prepared with more people, to be able to deliver the food during rush lunch hours, or fix your automated system, so message is not sent if food is actually not ready for a pickup. Now, the food. Presentation itself seems good. When ordered online, I ordered meal that is labeled vegan, so no animal products should be included. However, upon arrival, since preparation was delayed, when I asked if my food was ready, she asked me if I want dairy cheese or plant-based cheese. Thank you for asking, but if tacos were labeled vegan on your menu and I ordered them online without options to choose, cheese should be plant based. That makes me question if my food was ready in time as per the automated message, and I came to pickup the food, if cheese would be plant-based or dairy. In such a rush, and with so many backorders, I am not confident that they would not make a mistake and that can be very dangerous, since some people are not only plant-based by choice, they actually have dairy intolerance and certain allergies. Additional item in my order was garlic fries, and if you are vegan, do not order these fries, they taste like fish since they use the same oil as fish. Overall pretty disappointing experience, but 3 starts for the presentation and jackfruit meat in taco that was done well.If you are looking into providing a 5-star service, either add another person to your team, or accept only orders that you can deliver in respectful timeframe, specially if you are scheduled to provide your service on the campus. Also, if you have products labeled vegan, make sure they are really vegan ( dairy cheese is not to be added in vegan labeled food) and please have a note that you are using same oil for fish and fries. That is a huge food quality issue.

Delicious tacos! I had the jerk chicken, carne asada, and fish tacos. I can't pick my favorite because they all were delicious, flavorful, and fresh. Price was pretty standard for good quality street style tacos. The service was wonderful too! Please come back!

We stumbled across Savage Tacos at Los Angeles Ale Works in Culver City. So glad we did!The Wild Fish Tacos were incredibly good! Wild cod lightly coated in a homemade batter, topped with Cilantro Lime Crema, cabbage, and Pico de Gallo, in fresh tortillas. 3 tacos for $10.95

The food was AMAZING! I hosted a pre-wedding get together for out of town family and friends (about 70 guests) and hired Savage Tacos to provide food. Everyone had nothing but great things to say about the food and the crew was so friendly and accommodating when people went back for seconds or even thirds. Awesome experience and will definitely be using them again when I need another food truck!
