After hearing from many friends that this place has really good food, I decided that I have avoided it too long. I didn't have any knowledge of what the menu was like, so I went there to find out on the spot. I learned that when you dine inside and you finish eating your meal, you are to leave everything on the table for the staff to clean up. Even though you leave your mess, I found the restaurant to be very clean in appearance. Now my only bad mark against them is with a big rush of people coming into the restaurant, and the drive thru the place was busy. But I stood in line, and while myself and two other customers waited in line, the staff member asked if we were waiting for online order pickup. The two customers in front and behind me said that they were, and the woman behind me said that this gentleman is waiting to have his order taken. I can't count how many times that she walked by me and looked and walked by. So when she walked up to take my oder she apologized and I told her it was OK. After placing my order, it came up pretty fast, and I must say that it was so good that the stuffed shells and the different types of cheese were absolutely delicious. I will most definitely be returning to try more items.Vegetarian options: What I found was the salad, Fettuccine Alfredo, and stuffed shells with four Italian cheeses.

Wow!! We stopped in for lunch today and it was amazing. The restaurant is very clean, the food is fresh and delicious and the service was outstanding. Ashley took care of us and I've got to say she is a great asset to your company. Will definitely be back. The pizza bowl was ?.
Wow! I love this place! It's very affordable and offers quick over the top service. They bring your food to you on real plates. They even grind parmesan cheese fresh. There's free bread sticks. What more could you want?

The food here is very good, great prices, and staff is exceptional. I love the fact they have a drive thru making it very convenient. The bread sticks are to delicious and they even offer desserts. For my lasagna and my husband's spaghetti with meat sauce was only $18. I can't wait to go back
please don’t eat here, the food is awful and isn’t even prepared correctly. not to mention no one wore gloves and was touching the ground and their hair it was disgusting to see. and the people in the back didn’t even have shoes on.. the lady working the drive through was very rude and couldn’t do her job correctly

This place was literally so amazing! We have this wonderful server Sharon( she needs a raise) she was soo nice and just good at her job. The food was amazing, the cooks did a great job! We did not leave unsatisfied it was great!! Also it’s always great when you get so much good food for a really good price.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!!! Stood around for 5 minutes before they let me know they didn't have what I ordered. That wasn't a big deal to me. I asked that they just refund me because I didn't want anything else off the menu. Cashier was nice and cool said that the other girl needed to do it. The "manager" proceeded to ignore my wife and I. Walking by us several times to help other customers that came there after us. After almost 20 minutes she then came over with a nasty attitude. And tried to get us to order something else. Like really?? She then proceeded to make a phone call to even findout how to do the refund.
Went to Fazolis for lunch with friends. The food was delicious and the price was very reasonable. All the workers were friendly and helpful.
