Why am I waiting 45 minutes on a sub? Who knows but I'm pretty hungry. The service is weak and women rude. This is by far ridiculous. MAN I'm baffled.

This was my first time at this establishment. I was welcome by 3 lovely ladies that work there. Tiana was very friendly and professional greeting me as I entered the door. I differentiately will be back. Restaurant was super clean and I loved that. Keep up the great job.❤️

We visited the Firehouse Subs location on 23rd Street. It was my first visit to Firehouse subs. The staff was efficient and friendly, the dining area was spotless.. and the sub (Vegetarian on whole wheat, toasted with extra provolone) was excellent. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Love this place. They recognize my husband and I when we come in before work & are always so friendly. A little difficult sometimes when ordering online because of limitations when ordering, but you can always call the store. My husband loves the smokehouse brisket or cajun chicken & I love the veggie sub. The bread is always so soft & fresh. Definitely recommend!

Brought my family to grab some subs and how we were very satisfied and filled up. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. The guy on shift even called us by our names waking out thanking us for coming. Whoever worked on Sept 1st second shift a man and a woman they both deserve a raise. That service right there will always bring us back to this franchise plus telling our friends to check this place out., Made our night thanks Geroge
This morning around 11 am I placed an online order for Firehouse on 23rd street to feed our office. At 11:11 am I received my email receipt stating that my order would be ready at 11:20 am and the details of the order. Right around 12pm we arrived to pick up our order and it was not there. The employees first stated that someone else must have picked it up. Then when they were told no, no one from our office has picked it up, they then proceeded to tell us that we did not send a order in that we must not have completed all the steps.... ummm no I got a receipt telling me what card I used and what I ordered. Then I log back into the online app and what do I see under orders? Thats right my order they are refusing to give me and are also refusing to refund. Don't waste your time, money or energy on Firehouse Subs on 23rd Street they will steal your money and refuse to give you food.

My son and I came in to get dinner tonight and I nervously asked if they could leave my wife's sandwich slightly deconstructed so she could put her vegetables and condiments on herself when she got home from work late tonight. One of the ladies finished my question for me, asking if I want her to bag the toppings separately and they were all happy to go out of their way to pack up her food to accommodate us. I understand it's not a huge accommodation but kindness like that goes a long way for those of us who need it.
