I got a med steamer with meat on just one side. Asked for the pickles on the side no pickles with either meal. I wish I could post the picture not sure how you forget to put meat on the bread seems basic maybe too many pot breaks or something.

This crew was super professional. They took my walk in order for two party packs and no complaint. They even apologized for how long it took them to put it together. They didn't take that long at all and it was quick and well put together and everyone really enjoyed all these sandwiches. They made sure to include condiments and napkins. I will definitely do business here again!!

On vacation- decided to try this place out. So glad we did! Everything was amaizing! From quality to quantity to service. If I'm ever in the area again (or come across another Firehouse) I'll definitely stop in. PS the cookies are just as good ?

When a customer ask you not to warm a sub please do not warm the dern sub up when the customer ask you not to. What part of this do you not understand. Sub was awful. When a customer ask for cookies and you point to cookies that has been sitting in a basket on the counter since creation and the customer tell you that the cookies looks used old and stale please give them a fresh cookie I paid for them. Don’t get a nasty attitude!!

Placed an online order for pick up4:45, called because we where running a little late and asked if we could push it back to being made so it was still hot about 10 minutes. They informed me that it has in fact already been made, at the time it was 4:30. Never great news to know that the most expensive fast food restaurant can't even give out decent customer service. Very upset and will no longer be ordering from here though we do multiple times a month.
The entire staff were very polite, friendly, and professional. As always, the food was delicious. If you like garlic and meatballs, I highly recommend the new meatball pepperoni sub!

I had the best experience tonight at the callaway firhouse subs, All of the night shift ladies were so helpful and extremely sweet! The food is always delicious. We will definitely return.

The service here sucks. Waited 25 min for a mobile order. Checked in and waited while a fully stocked crew slowly made people's orders. Talk about not motivated. I finally had to sit down and even though I checked in they never told me my order was ready just set it aside. They all seem me waiting and standing there for the who time. They also never announced the order so even if they didn't know I was there they could have announced it. This is what you get but unfortunately I had to pickup the food for my parents as I don't eat here due to such service PS left items off another person's order and had to be corrected by them after she waited a long time too.

went in to grab food, as I watched a young lady, eat food off the bar, where they make the food at touched her mouse, touched her nose four different times rubbed her nose never change gloves. Do not make someone’s food if you were touching your nose, your face or your hair, absolutely disgusting. I got my food and will not be eating it. If I can give a zero, I would.
