is there some good reason why your employees don't wear hats or hair net.? Although my pizza was made wrong with two wrong ingredients, I didn't want to take it back considering the inexcusable lack of customer service. People deserve better.

We ordered 3 different baked subs, and the boxes weren't marked or labeled to tell which was which. We had to figure it out.Also, there weren't any sub sauces in the boxes.
We are currently staying the night in a motel with an indoor pool and hot tub so our kids could go swimming before they went back to school from Christmas break, we ordered delivery, and not only was my food cold, but they sent SPICY items for my husband's meal, and he can not eat spicy food. I called to try and get it handled correctly and the first manager I spoke with I was told his name was Jarvis, didn't seem to know what he was doing and said I need to see what the other manager wants to do. She said her name was Mari.... again repeated the problem, she said only way she could do anything was me bring it up there....umm hence the delivery.... I couldn't at the time. And since I could not get there she refuses to correct the issue. Not ok. Will be speaking with someone from corporate about the sparky tone and absolutely refusing to fix the issue. I would have been more that happy to give her his meal if they brought me a fixed one.

I have nothing but excellent feedback for this store! Mike (manager) has taken care of several parties that I have either hosted or attended. All the kids have loved the pizza!. We've had it delivered to school, at-home-party, and park party. It has been delivered on time to every occasion. Last party was an order of 20 cheese pizzas, and they were hot and delicious on a Saturday at noon. Everyone I've spoken to at the store has excellent customer service skills. The pink pizza boxes are an awesome add for breast cancer awareness month.
