This place was amazing! From the friendly staff to the awesome menu. We enjoyed everything! Can't tell you how good these burgers were! I could rave on and on! I'm so glad we found this place after moving back home.

Literally the very first time coming and spending 70 dollars for me and my kids. Just for them to mess up my order. I told the older lady at the register 4 different times I wanted two cheese burgers just MEAT AND CHEESE that is all. She proceeded to brings us two regular Patty's no cheese... when we told her she said " well I asked you" and took them back and said out loud "oh my God, these people I had asked them if they wanted it and they said no" we are the only freaking people in the lobby! Like we can HEAR YOU?! There was a reason I thought this place was closed down. I'm sorry this is NOT worth your money and time.

2nd time there. So far it's been really good. Two different people have taken care of me and both were great. Food has been really good and definitely plan on working through the menu

Used to like this place but won’t be back. We ordered 2 meals. Neither had the cheese melted. Sent one back because it was missing the second patty. Cleanliness is subpar, especially bathrooms. Had to clean pee and pubs from the seat. Nothing better than McDonald’s. Also no longer had the fry bar they advertise on their website.

This place was amazing when it first opened. The experience of the fry bar and burgers just absolutely drenched in chili, nacho cheese, barbecue, Jerry’s sauce, etc. It blew me away. However, after hyping up my buddies to go there today…. the fry bar was GONE. I got them all excited to go (mostly because of the fry bar) and it wasn’t there. Now, my burger was good. Not as drenched and juicy as it was the last time, but solid. They messed up the order for my buddy, and took quite a while too, but I can excuse that because everybody has off days. But TAKING AWAY THE FRY BAR??? That’s not cool.I understand the new owners may think it was annoying to keep up, or too costly for them… but that was my favorite thing about this place. That’s half of the reason I go there. And I know the owners have been reading the reviews and responding lately and I don’t expect them to make a change if they don’t want to, but Ive gotta voice my opinion on this matter. Please bring the fry bar back.-Ryan

Wow what a disappointment! I've eaten here twice before and was a fan but no longer. First they took out the fries bar which I really like. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and monsterized it (extra toppings) when the burger was brought out it was not monsterized and the Swiss cheese was not melted and was actually cold. I had them remake my burger and the second one was as it should have been. The cheese on my dining partners burger was also cold. The restaurant was not up to standard on cleanliness either. No longer will I recommend

What a s*** show. I came in hoping for a good burger and fries. When I ordered, the young lady asked me what kind of fries I'd like. I made my selection, and she then turned to the kitchen staff to ask if we could get any fries. I didn't hear the snarky response, but it meant that I could not. It then prompted her to mutter under her breath "I hate this f***ing place. I need to f***ing quit. I'm just gonna stop showing up". The cursing does not offend me, it did however surprise me. I asked what other sides I COULD get and selected fried pickles. I would think if I was denied French fries, the fried pickles would simply be substituted as part of the meal price. Not only were they not, but I'm certain that I was overcharged! The burger was $11 something, the pickles were $4.99. And a drink. The total came to $25.02. Must have been a $9 soda . In addition to all of this, I saw nearly every customer before and after me get French fries. Finally, the burger was mediocre at best. Paid that much to not even get what I came for.

Finally tried Jerry's Burger Company today. My husband ordered the Grilled Cheese Burger meal (drink and French fry buffet included), I ordered the Classic burger meal and we also ordered the Jalapeno bombs. Our total was $40.71 and we tipped $4.29 to make our total $45. WORTH EVERY PENNY! When you walk in, the atmosphere is a casual diner setting. You order at the counter and are given a buzzer for when your meal is ready. The cashier gave us 2 cardboard containers for the French fry buffet and 2 cups for their fountain drinks. There were 5 types of fries to choose from and many different spice shakers displayed to flavor your fries with. We both opted for the house seasoning. Delish! As a potato fiend, this made me extremely happy. The Classic burger topped my burger list. Hubby finished 1/2 of his Grilled cheese burger. (Easily 2 meals from that choice!) The jalapeno bombs were unique. (Similar to the filling of a twice baked potato, but molded and fried.) I was already full before I tried one, so I ate 1/2 of one. Nice spicy-potato flavor with a good exterior crunch. We ended up bringing 3 of the 4 home. You will NOT leave hungry. I couldn't put the burger down it was seriously delicious! There was a little wait, as it was lunchtime. However, the choices from the French fry buffet kept us occupied and we didn't hear our buzzer go off. A employee brought us our food because she kept buzzing it and we didn't hear it. (Whoopsie) But yeah, go there, it's great!

Super friendly, nice atmosphere. We went in the middle of the afternoon but they still made us as many of the fries for the fry bar that we wanted to try. The burgers were great. We will definitely go back if in the area.

Great burgers! Happened across this fun burger joint and decided to try it out. Glad I did - excellent burger and tasty fry bar! I wasn't very adventurous but the classic with bacon was so good. Friendly and helpful staff also. I'll be back!

Wow! This place packs a punch! You better be hangry when you go here! They have 17 different hamburgers, hot dogs, wings and fried deserts! Fried twinkies, oreos and creamy yummy puddings! Don't miss out on the endless french fry buffet! It's all you can eat! There are sweet potatoe, wedge, dippers, crinkly and regular flat fries. There are even seasonings on top to add that little extra zing to your fries!

The food is the reason for the review. The food is absolutely amazing! Best damn hamburger I've ever had. The getting your order correct leaves a little to be desired. But if your in PCB and don't mind driving a little off the beaten path. I highly suggest this place. Just make sure you triple check your order. Mine was wrong twice. I didn't check it again after having it re made. Guess that was a lesson learned. The staff is young and probably over worked we also order close to closing time. So I am going to just chalk it up to a of night. However it's still 4 dang stars because it truly was just that dang good. My husband got the heart attack it was a spicy FYI for those who don't like spicy. The burger was huge and he loves it. I got the Cajun and it was perfect. The French Frys where also great and they have all kinds of seasons you can add to them. We also got the fried Oreos. Why not on vacation right. OMG YES! Just order them! Just go try it! Even if it's wrong it's still a dang good burger lol

Burger aficionado here....my husband and I tried this place. We both ordered different burgers and they both tasted like a hotdog. I couldn't even eat mine. I don't care for hotdogs either. I was excited to try this place because the pictures looked good. I said something to the owner and he said the hotdog must of been cooked by the burger. It was only my husband and I as well another couple were in there. (They had burgers as well) So I don't know how that's even possible. Holding the burger up to take a bite it smelled like a hotdog as well. I'm scared to even try this again. I don't like to waste food and I couldn't eat it. The hotdog tasting burger was a huge turn off to me. The fries were really good, other than that we couldn't eat the rest of the burger. Hope others have a better experience than we had.

Burger was juicy and stacked. Fry buffet was a nice touch. It's something different which I can appreciate. Overall it was a good experience. Prices were fair. Nothing decent is cheap these days. 3 burgers, 3 fry buffet and 3 sodas was about $35. We would definitely go back. Only go if you like big messy burgers with all the fixings. It's not for those with a tiny appetite or who like to stay clean when eating lol. There are paper towels on the tables for a reason.

If you're looking for a real burger, look no further. Love the fry bar and everything. Outstanding presentation, menu, service, and flavor. Take my money
