If I could give zero stars I would I don't know what happened to this marcos they were doing great while James was there. As a preface I've been avidly ordering at least once a week from this location for about five years now since I worked there and tonight they broke the camels back when I ordered food well over an hour before they closed and I guess the driver had a warrant and was scared to come into my work place and proceeded to deliver to the back of my building instead of the front where it made sense to deliver and then the manager wanted to get mad when I called trying to find out where my food was and would not send the driver back with my food when they made the mistake. I WILL NOT be ordering from this location again. Lynn haven store will be getting my business from here on out. Here's to hoping I actually receive my refund in full.

Very friendly staff. My son got an award of a personal size pizza and the person inside made him feel very special. So the next day we ordered like 5 pizzas and the same person delivered them. Small word!

Female manager answered the phone, she was nasty and had an attitude with me due to issues she was experiencing at her own store (with corporate). Told me she wasnt taking orders and I asked if they would be serving later in the day and she snapped and the only answer i got was "i have no idea" so i ordered dominos and it was amazing but learn how to interact with humans and have customer service then maybe this will be my favorite pizza place again.

called to make an order for delivery, woman who answered the phone was absolutely vile. some people just aren’t made for customer service. if you can’t make a pizza when i call, you could just say “I am very sorry but we are unfortunately unable to take orders at this time.” you catch more flies with honey than vinegar if you know what i mean. customers should not be expected to know about a situation before even walking through the door. if you can’t be polite to customers you should work in a field that doesn’t involve talking to them. you’re not saving lives, you’re making pizza it isn’t that deep.

Edit* Pizza has finally arrived...COLD and missing all the sauce cups we needed as well. Been waiting almost THREE hours for 2 pizzas to be delivered. Absolutely unacceptable. Never again.

My experience was very poor. The manager was very unprofessional. I ordered at 3:34 on 12/20/2023 as l setting time went by to check on order at 4:11 pm. The cashier told me that they were just putting my order in. I said l have been waiting 45 minutes this was unacceptable. He went to his manager a female she was very nasty. I will never come back.

Marcos is my favorite pizza spot (chain) in the area, they have better tasting pizzas at better pricing then pizza hut, dominos, hungry howies, papa john etc.

Walked in to order some pizza, Food is good, the wings are good. But getting some extra marinara sauce was a bit lacking, bigger container for it to use to dip the pizza in would be great.

Marco’s pizza is very good Unfortunately, However the new website is terrible! Having trouble logging in won’t accept coupons either email to me the same day would not honor my rewards points… In general just a terrible website.

I wish I could give zero stars the WORST customer service I ever got in my whole life and I’m 30 I work doing customer service so for me to get treated this way is completely insane! I was on the phone with a co worker talking about things and the “manager” you guys have said that I was rolling my eyes so she had to switch with another employee who is her friend and when I asked what was the issue she said I was rude and was yelling at her when never in my life yelled or gave her any kind of attitude even it being the 3rd time she gives me attitude n horrible customer service I told her pull up the cameras to show proof I never did any of those things she said the cameras do not have audio affect and I’m like ok I still didn’t do anything wrong and she said she’s going put down for trespassing I’m like what for and she said because she can because she’s the manager I asked her name to speak to the owner which most people know and she refused to give me her name this is the 3rd time that I had an issue with this manager and I never said anything until today especially when she told me I would be trespassing for absolutely no reason I am waiting on the owner to give me a call back they say her name is DJ but that could be a lie to.
