My kids love this place. My only down fall is they never get my orders right or they forget to put sauces and napkins or they give you the coldest nastiest french fries!!!!!! So I have to check all the bags and make sure my order is correct and I'm sorry but what we pay for fast food anymore we should have wrong orders or cold fried. Tysvm!! The ladies at checkout are awesome!!

Poor girl working the drive thru clearly spoke English as a 2nd language. I tried a few times to get my order across to her. But it apparently didn't work, my order was still messed up. Got to the window and the drink was a Sprite instead of a Coke, so I checked my chicken and they were lettuce only, but then I got back to the office and the Big Mac had Mac Sauce all over it. Please move someone who speaks English to the drive thru headset...

I am so sick and tired of this McDonald's. I have been shorted on food, had food not cooked properly. The last straw was this morning, when husband comes back & our gravy & biscuits. I could not believe that the makers of gravy & biscuits have not been properly trained on the correct technical procedure. You dont put both halves on top of each other & pour half a teaspoon of gravy on top of the biscuit halves.This isnt the first time I have had issues with this Mcdonald's. Someone really needs to help this store before they go out of business. I am not going back to this one.

Closed the lobby, but not drive thru. An employee was rude about it. No explanation as to why they had it closed whatsoever and it isn’t due to COVID. I would understand completely if it were, but not with the way I was treated. If you just need a quick bite to eat, don’t waste your time and hard earned cash here.

Worst customer service! I kindly asked them to correct my order that they messed up and they still got it wrong and overcharged me.
My order was messed up. I wanted a big breakfast with bacon and substituted biscuits and gravy for pancakes., another big breakfast that comes with pancakes. Got my order drove of checked my order at red light. I only got one order by the time I turned around and made my way back they said I paid for 1 and breakfast was over. Not happy with service!

Was a very dank and dark place. The lights under the drive through roof don't work. The drive through and parking lot areas are filled with potholes and rough pavement. The place seems to be vacant on first glance or two.

I pulled up into the drive thru around 1 in the afternoon and there were six or seven cars in front of me. I expected to be sitting in line for a while so I pulled out my phone to browse online. I never got the chance. The line was constantly moving. I had my order and was back on the road in less than 5 minutes. These people have their act together. They deserve much praise.

People should wear gloves when serving the public,clean hands and clean gloves,why is it that getting fast food seems to be a greater risk at catching covid 19 orany other virus or disease,because employees who prepares our food serves it thru the window or touches our fast food or money cant take washing their hands and wearing gloves seriously? I feel like the mangers and owners should reinforce hand washing and PREVENTABLE DISEASES with their employees,maybe then people would HAVE to care about cross contamination

We decided to try this McDonald’s location since the McDonald’s on 23rd has been making a lot of mistakes on our orders. So while our order was correct, there was an issue with our food. The 10 piece chicken nuggets were dry and hard. Our fries were stale. When I had paid for my order, I was asked if I wanted a receipt and I answered yes. Well the employee must not have heard me because he crumbled the receipt and threw it away. I’m going to assume that the Panama City área McDonald’s are all sub par. We have yet to have a positive experience.
