Probably the rudest employees I have encountered. After waiting 14 minutes I finally just got my money back and left. Jordan was without question one of the least caring and rudest individuals I have come across and Erin was a close equal. I even said its almost as if you all did this on purpose. Really wish I could reach an owner to explain the situation and how she was badmouthing customers as well as job. Horrible!!!!

I came for breakfast, I waited 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru to order. I never even got to place an order. Breakfast flipped over to lunch and I can't stand their cardboard burgers so I left without ordering.

Pro's.- The food is decent.- The speed of the service after the order is complete is relatively fast.- orders are accurate.Cons.- It is super annoying to be asked if I'm using an app EVERY single time I go through there. It's not efficient.- For some reason when I ask for a #_____ meal I ALWAYS get asked do I want the meal.- Getting interrupted midway through the order to ask what I want to drink/sauce/ordering additional meals.

Been to this location in the past and haven't had problems, short of lengthy waits. Drive thru was slam packed, so I made an order inside at the kiosk. Other customers were already waiting and quite irate at their food not being served, alone with witnessing multiple cars entering AND exiting the drive thru with their orders.Fast forward to my experience and although they were receiving multiple complaints from those waiting on their food, the worker are having to swear and fuss at their other employees who weren't doing anything for the guests in the dining room and serving drive thru left and right. While my order came out relatively quick, I stood there for another 7 minutes waiting on a medium unsweet tea. Front cash called it out, but I never received my drink.Given that McDonald's food is best served hot and falters in quality when cold, after the 7 stated minutes, I just left with my food and no drink. It blows my mind how folks are incredibly glued to their specific job and not really helping out the guests in the dining room. As I was leaving, there were several more customers that had piled behind me, with a mixed bag of mobile, kiosk, and front cash orders. It would seem as though this place needs some significant help and for years, when in town, relied upon this McDonald's given who close to the job site it is for me and my fellow employees.I'm afraid those days are over now. There's plenty more McDonald's around the corner and within vicinity of this one. Heed my advice and stay away, unless you got nothing else better to do than wait for food and drink.

Fast Food Nightmare at McDonald'sI visited McDonald's on US 98 and Michigan, hoping for a quick and satisfying meal. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory; it was a fast food nightmare. The service was horrendously slow and completely disorganized. I placed my order at the counter, and after an excessively long wait, my order was still not ready. Several customers who had ordered after me received their meals first, leading to confusion and frustration.The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in addressing the chaos. When I inquired about my order, I received dismissive responses, and it was evident that there was a lack of communication among the staff. The environment was no better – tables were dirty, the floor was littered, and the overall hygiene standards were appalling.When I finally received my meal, it was cold and not up to the usual McDonald's standard. It was clear that the focus on quick service had completely overshadowed the quality of the food and the customer experience.This visit was a huge disappointment. Not only was the service horrendous, but the lack of cleanliness and poor staff attitude made it an experience I never wish to repeat. I hope McDonald's addresses these issues promptly, as such service and conditions are unacceptable for any establishment, let alone a global chain renowned for its service standards.

The pay at window lady was really good at her job and nice. But the pickup window is where it went wrong. The colored girl was using foul language. We had 2 kids under 9 in our car who could hear her. When asked about the drinks she rolled her and sucked air through her lips like it was an issues for her. Asked to speak to a manager at that point. She said she was but clearly was not. A old man came to the window to help with the issue at hand meanwhile she went off Cussing and yelling all through the restaurant everybody can hear her. I explained what happen he helped with the rest of our food and drinks but it was clear he didn’t know how to handle her. One store manager to another. She would have been fired at that moment with the way she behaved.
