don’t order in the morning. tall blonde lady very rude. hint if she puts 1 packet of ketchup in there in DONT ask for another. her exact words were. well i put a single one in there and i just put another. then proceededs to hand me my order, drinks last of course and i had 2 i get 1 straw. this girl isn’t a good face for mcdonald's and im a local i use to order all the time. anytime i talk to her shehas a genuine rude attitude and come up. i won’t be ordering again thanks for her smart responses every time i order. if i could give the service a 0 star i would.

I waited for 10 minutes at the curb with one car ahead of me. My order was for an Egg McMuffin meal. I drove off with my meal to discover that my egg McMuffin was burnt black. You could even see the black through the cheese. I drove back and said my muffin was burnt and I needed another one. They gave me another egg McMuffin and I drove off to discover they gave me the same burnt muffin back? So I drove back and said I just wanted my money back. The manager said that’s how they are now required to set the temp on the griddle and that the muffin is “toasted”. I said it’s not toasted, this is burnt black And for all that trouble and waste of time, I was only given my money back for the muffin, and ended up having just hash browns (which I had to already eat by itself because I was starving) and a coffee with no egg cheese and ham muffin. AND I wouldn’t have even gone to McD if it wasn’t for wanting an egg McMuffin. The two pictures are one for the first drive through and one for the second drive through.

I live right down the street and every morning I used to stop in there for coffee.. as of late they are never open at 5:00 a.m. and you're sitting there the last time 20 minutes without anybody coming to the speaker and explaining why they're not open. This morning I went there and this guy came on asked me for my order I gave it sat there for 5 minutes saying hello hello no answer I go up to the window and I'm waiting for this girl who clearly sees me and ignores me she finally came to the window indignant that I am there I explained to her a guy took my order and she goes no they didn't it's automatic and I said well how am I supposed to know that the problem is she is indignant over her shortcomings crystal is her name and just a very poor person for a face of. She doesn't know how to talk to a customer I will never go to that McDonald's or any McDonald's that are owned by that franchise again. She should be firde treating customers that way.

Me and my significant other were the only people in or at said establishment . Somehow they managed to get both our names wrong and her order was to be mobile ended up at the front counter with a nasty attitude manager saying they didn't have it.

If you read other reviews, this place is either love or hate. We visited just before Christmas 2023. They were professional, friendly, and served good food fast. This is exactly what you want from a McDonald's. Well done, PCB!

Placed order at 10:15. I was there at 10:29 for pick up. It showed canceled. Day before I picked up at 10:35am. I was told weekends breakfast hours are different. It’s a holiday today and nowhere it says hours are different. We had called prior leaving and it goes straight to vm.

Out of three curbside spots only one is marked. Thankfully that one spot was empty.We had no issues placing our order through the app.The wait for two kids meals and an extra burger was 15-20 minutes. I did have special requests so maybe that was the delay.The food was made correctly, and was fresh.The lady who checked us out was friendly, and wished us a happy new year.
