I came for the sweets! Millie’s has great Beignets. My husband and I love to try Beignets at various restaurants when we’re traveling & these are fresh, hot, tasty & tiny. Definitely recommend! I sat in the courtyard, whose neighboring wall is covered in a gorgeous honeybee mural. The actual restaurant is very small, but one of those hole-in-the-wall places you can’t beat. I asked a man inside how he was and he replied, “Great, now,” as he took another huge bite of sandwich. Locals love it. ?Parking: Street parking all over the downtown area!Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly, mother approved ?Wheelchair accessibility: Very accommodating

Food was excellent. Service was good and we got our food on time and it was good and hot.
This place seems like your normal cafe but it is much more. From Po boys to red beans and rice, you can find a lot of your favorite southern foods. Had the shrimp Po boy with a side of garlic bread. The Po boy was up there with the best I have had, and even tho the garlic bread tasted good, it was very basic, and I would probably choose something else for my side next time. At the end, I got some beignets for desert, and they tasted amazing. The Beignets very closely tasted like the original but were a lot smaller, and the chocolate dipping sauce didn't have any excitement to it. Our waitress was fast, and our food was quickly made and quick to arrive to our hands. Would definitely recommend this place for a good bite to eat.

We went in to hear our friend play music (East Bay). What an enjoyable evening. We were lucky in that fried flounder was the special. In my opinion it's the only way to have flounder! We were served two huge pieces of fish, two hush puppies, and two sides. The food and service was excellent. The waitress made sure we were served promptly and cared that we enjoyed our food. It's a small. quaint place, which I love. It seemed as though we were with a crowd of friends. There was interaction between the tables and it gave off a very friendly atmosphere. A great stop in beautiful downtown Panama City.

What a great place! I had the French dip and it was perfect! Crispy fries and real au jus. My husband had the chili and it was homemade with bell pepper, perfect. Can’t wait to eat there again! Clean restaurant!Kid-friendliness: Had a baby in a stroller

Wow!! This place is absolutely outstanding. The appetizers are fantastic and the entrees are the best in town. The shrimp po boy made me feel like I was in New Orleans. My family enjoyed the grouper fingers and my 85 year old food critic dad found nothing negative at all. The beignets and peanut butter pie are magnificent. If you live or are visiting Panama City do not miss out on this restaurant. Thank you also for my military discount.

I just love Millie's. I love going and listening to the local singers with their guitars. I love the handmade burgers and the fried chips. Cheese grits are the best anywhere and the beer is ice cold!

Not bad, not that great. Everything was decent. Gator bites were just okay. Small portion for $13. The grouper fingers were very fresh and had good flavor. Okra was okay. Also a small portion of fish for $14. The workers were friendly and the place was clean. Really wanted to give a better review but everything was from a frozen bag and fried.
Cute little restaurant in the downtown Panama City area. Indoor and outdoor seating. Sometimes they have live music outdoors which is cool. The food is typical café food at a decent price. Very nice servers.

Disappointed. Not a downtown restaurant food. Salad was good. Portions brry small. Garlic bread is a jokewalmart special. Grouper not fresh for sure was super greasy. Fries walmart freezer as well. Spaghetti sauce not homemade. Chicken was cooked obviously prior to my order. Id rather pay little more for quality and greah cooked meals.
