Wish I could give zero stars. I absolutely love Moe's. Every other place I've lived I lve eaten there atleast 3 times a week. NOT THIS LOCATION. ALL the employees are rude and act like you are bothering them. I go in there every now and again to see if things have changed. They have NOT. I normally walk out once I see how customers infront of me are being treated. My last experience was a long hair skinny teen that dropped water from the bottom of the pan onto my burrito. Then he got mad when I pointed it out to him. Next he was trying to go back and forth from the two items I ordered. He wasn't clear on which one he was working on so I asked him to work on one at a time. Then he torn my burrito when trying to wrap it. I truly wish new management/training would take place at this location.

Not the best location and the staff is just OK. But the food is excellent. Their El Guapo salsa is my favorite salsa anywhere.

Catering order is now an hour and a half late and no one answers the phone at the store! When I finally get an answer the driver has his phone turned off. Never again!

I live moes however today I gave them a 1 star, the kid behind the counter had all his hair in his face couldn’t see what he was doing without constantly pushing it out if his eyes. Second he was touching everything with the gloves he had on and then touching the food you later on the nachos or burritos. What happened to hair nets?

Scott was working his butt off and still made it over to make our burritos expeditiously and to perfection. He was running around throwing out the trash, cleaning trays and taking care of the customers. It’s a rarity to have such hard workers nowadays and people like Scott make me want to go back to Moes.

Came in on behalf of Doordash. Waited over 30 minutes and was essentially ignored the whole time. Staff was friendly and offered me a drink but the wait was ridiculous… when I came in they mentioned they just got extremely busy out of nowhere. Within 5 minutes the lobby had emptied and there was no one in line. After another 15 minutes, more people had come in. Every single one of them got tended to before they even started on my order.

Catered my birthday bash. Food was great especially the spicy chicken, which had a major kick. All my guests loved the food ms asked me where it came from. Highly recommend.
Went in there to order some food because it was my first time, this low vibrational employee kept disrespecting me the whole time while aggressively slamming my topping on my order - as I'm about to pay he's out of pocket for making me pay for a water cup, I ask for the manager - he claims to be the manager and proceeds to come around the counter & attempt to throw hands with me. Long story short, I didn't buy from this place since I didn't want to eat a meal with bad juju on it. Allison is the real manager at this place, and her employee is a reflection of how she acts!

I had a catering order with them recently and it was a huge success! I picked up my food and everything was packaged so nicely and I got great instructions on how to set everything up. I was very happy how quickly it went in store too.

This place was kinda dirty. Check out counter had spilled food on it and salsa counter was dirty. There were no lids for our cup of queso (to go). And many of the topping options were not available. Chips were also not good.
