We placed an order yesterday for pick up at 11:30am this morning and when we went in to change our order last night it somehow told the restaurant to make the food at the time of the order change. The General Manager, Victoria, here claimed that they called to tell us the order was ready and the only call on our phone at 8 o clock at night from a PERSONAL phone to my co-worker was what we got. Why would she answer a number that she didn’t know at that time?! Too bad it wasn’t from Newks. ☹️and then didn’t even leave a voicemail.We then had to completely RE-ORDER and had to pay for our work event from a personal card. We actually had to ask for the food again. So shocking. So upsetting.We order frequently here, large amounts of food from here, we are just super upset.Literally the worst customer service from the General Manager!!! ☹️

We waited almost an hour on our to go order and they still forgot and never brought it out. And the side of pasta salad is like a baby portion. Not enough to feed a child! And the turkey and Swiss sub tasted awful. I couldn’t taste anything but that nasty mustard sauce that got all over my shirt. What a mess!

Ordered delivery through DoorDash. The Lobster Bisque tasted nothing like LB and they left out the bread I ordered. My Chicken Salad Sandwich was sliced chicken, not salad and the side ordered was also left out. I certainly will not be ordering from here again.

i ordered door dash today and it was really good, my only ”complaint” would be that i order chicken on my Caesar and their was too much, like the whole salad was chicken! but if you really like a lot of chicken, you do get what you pay for and ill remember to not add it next time. love the food here, love the people! i recommend the bbq chicken pizza!

The staff has always been friendly in our experiences. The food is always so fresh and well presented as well. This particular time my wife and I split the taco salad which we both really enjoyed and recommend. Plus you get some nice cups to add to your cupboard for drinks of your choice at home.

I usually enjoy eating here the Italian sub was way too spicy there was too much spicy mustard and my fiancée had a salad the chicken had no flavor. Usually you guys have great food but today wasn’t so great.
