My Italian sub bread was so over toasted it cut my mouth and scraped the roof of my mouth.. It was black burned.. When I complained the girl at the counter just shrugged her shoulders. I should have taken pictures..

I had a small complaint about one of the products and I wanted to notify the Manager and I want to let the company know that the Supervisor Jacob was very professional and resolved the complaint in the most friendly way, the work group is very friendly and helpful. Panera is one of my favorite places to have breakfast and a complaint will not make me change places, as I mentioned to the manager, we are human and we make mistakes and this time the error was resolved satisfactorily. THANK YOU PANERA for brightening my morning with my strawberry lemonade drink

Three times we have come to eat and they don't have several menu items, including BREAD. That is a sign of poor management.

Overall it was very easy to find this location. It was not busy at all but we ate early also. They had a few workers therefore the meal to go did not take a long time. The Mac and cheese were very good and the standard meal. Bread was soft and fresh. Broccoli and cheese soup was rich and heavy which was perfect for this cold day. Tomato soup was rich and delicious also. I would highly recommend both of those. Chicken salad sandwich was fresh and light on the mayo. Very pleased overall with all the food we purchased and would be back. I would recommend this place.Vegetarian options: Many optionsDietary restrictions: Great place to eat with restrictionsParking: Lots of spots around the buildingKid-friendliness: Many kid friendly options to enjoyWheelchair accessibility: Very easy to get around the restaurant and lots of tables

My experience was awful!!!!! There’s mold on the top of my bread and burn/dirt on the bottom. This is the last time! *update* just left the store and the GM and the assistant manager both say that the molded spots on the bread are normal (implying no one else seems to mind). They then tried to say it’s avocado which I would hope it isn’t being that I’m allergic to avocados.. when did the customer stop being right? We can all see that it’s mold, stop arguing with me and fix your mistakes.

Tuna fish sandwich. (Yes, really!) Everything bagels, toasted with cream cheese. Hot oat-milk lattes. Chicken noodle soup. Fuji apple salad minus red onions (and minus chicken, if you desire). Croissants...

Promised “free delivery” only to find out there is still a $5 fee on deliveries. Had to wait an hour, the food was cold, and my $60 order was screwed up. Don’t waste your time with this place. HORRIBLE!

Very fast service and friendly employees. Lobby was very clean which is impressive because they were pretty busy.

The wife and I go here after we go to the gym 3 days a week. The food is pretty good. It is a lot better than other fast food places. The manager is real attentive To the customers in the dining room. The only thing I'm not crazy about in. This goes along with other places such as this, Where you get your own food after putting in your order Is the fact that when you pay on the machine, it asks to include a tip or not. When I go to a regular sit down restaurant with a server I tip will unless the service was just horrible but in places like this, I see no reason to tip somebody that is making a decent minimum wage And they are doing nothing but punching in the order on a keyboard. All in all, panera is a good stop in place to eat. When you don't have a lot of time and you want above average fast food.
