I’m not one to leave a review, but this pizza was absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I feed my dog better food than this. Everything about this place was terrible. Be aware.

Use to work at 23rd st Papa johns …well I order two pizzas (Bacon &pepperoni) for one and ,(Meats ) for other to be delivered to me, they DoorDashed it to me cold and cheese covering all over my pizza and to make the situation worst my pizza wasn’t fully Cooked VERY DISAPPOINTING TO SPEND $ 41 .29 with a 4 dollar tip and to be very unpleased with what y’all thought was good service … disrespectful

I placed an order today for one pizza at 12:40pm. She told me the pizza would be ready for pickup between 12 to 18 minutes. I arrived and entered the store after 1 pm. The pizza was not ready. The man told me it would be 3 more minutes. So I waited inside the store. The pizza never became ready. Being that I had groceries in the car, I had to leave with no pizza at 1:23 pm. The man could not even offer an update.Maybe you should let people know before the wait 43 minutes that they cannot make one pizza!

I arrived at the time. I was advised to pick up the order and I still had to wait 15 minutes for a simple pizza. This is usually the case with Papa John's incredibly long wait times

Can't comment cause this was a "Meal Train" order. Doors were locked, had to knock on it a few knocks- No greeting, waited a couple minutes before being approached.Placed order on Monday to pick up on Weds.& I was told it's not showed up, yet- so they processed it and I had to wait 20 minutes. Very poor customer service, spent $56+This wasWeds. After paying , No "thank you"for waiting, nothing. Sad about this but if I don't explain, how will you correct and make it a better place!?

I’m not sure what going on here but this is the saddest establishment I have ever been to. You can cut the tension in the air with a knife. You can hear everyone hates there job and each other. Among other things No chairs to sit in. I won’t have cared about the chaos if they would have told me they messed up my order. I just fell bad for the whole situation. If someone in management is reading this I pray that you find some leadership and guide your team to success. After reading this over a few times it dawns on me that life sucks. Just seams like everyone is really unhappy.
Order 2 large pizzas with extra cheese and extra sauce and it was delicious. The cashier was very friendly and it didn't take long for the food to cook.

Good pizza. Prices are high. I initially called and was placed into a call center in the Philippines where no one truly understood what ordering a pizza was about. I hung up and went to the store and ordered it in person it came out fine. They said it's a constant problem if you call the number Select option 5 and it will ring into the store

2 freakin hours for delivery. This use to be my go to number 1 pizza place. Over the past 5 years quality and service has gone down hill. Tried a month ago and took 1 1/2 hr for delivery. Without saying anything they credited me $10 so I let it go. Now it takes 2 hours. Keep your $10. Papa Johns will never be in my home again.
