Brisket is a joke. Too thin and small, no bark. Talking to the one person working there did not even know what bark on brisket is. Brisket looks like boiled meat, He was more worried about staring out the window than talking to me, how rude.I will never be back

As we approached a small group outside told us to just go in and not worry about the menu outside, because it was THAT good. After eating, we can’t agree more.we got two plates with Chicken, Pork, beans, Mac and Cheese, and cornbread. The food was phenomenal and the staff was very kind. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone local or visiting.

Best deviled eggs I've ever had. Going back for more today....
No brisket to be had today, so "smoked" ribs and collard greens were ordered. See photo of the ribs. They WERE NOT smoked. More like boiled as they were gray. The collards had no bits of meat in them, just too much pepper. I really wanted to enjoy this place, it's quaint and cute.

This place has the worst brisket I’ve ever had. It was dry, and cold, when I got it.The mac and cheese was dry as well. It tasted like buttered noodles. I ordered my food around 7pm and they didn’t close until 11pm so I figured they’d keep their food fresh…I won’t be back.Also, when I asked for Togo cups for my sauce they gave me 2 plastic drink cups, with no lids. If they offer Togo food they should be more equipped with the proper containers.

Nice little local spot. Not busy. Ribs were well cooked, fall off the bone. Local artwork. The place is less than a year old, but well worth the stop. The home made bar-b-que was spot on. They should bottle that and sell that.

My husband and I ate here a couple of days ago and have never had meat like this...I had brisket and my husband had ribs, tasted like boiled meat no smoke or seasoned flavor. No other customers were there and I assume the owner was in there with us,not a word was said .The sides we had, greens and macaroni and cheese were good. We wanted this to be a good restaurant as my husband and family are from PC. Not going back.
