Got the big box but did not extra breadsticks I ordered, called and spoke to someone who told me they would send back out. No apology.After a couple of hours I called back to find out what happened...the lady who delivered my order answered and said she was never told about the missing breadsticks. In the future, think I will wait to tip until I receive my entire order.

A more prompt experience when performing an in-store pick up. Two other guests were greeted and helped prior to my already completed order being asked about and handed off. The amount of cheese and sauce also felt inadequate, but I will rectify that if I decide to order through Pizza Hut in the future.

I order pizza from you 15 times a month every month for over year and seems like every time is getting worse. My pizza will say out for delivery but take over hour to get to me and I only live 3 miles from the pizza hut store and more times then not I get the wrong pizza

Was excited to try my first Detroit style pizza, so ordered one with double pepperoni. Got an 8 slice pizza and four of those slices had ZERO pepperoni. The other four slices had about 4 pepperoni per slice, so an average of about 2 pepperoni per slice for a double pepperoni pizza. No, the pepperoni were not hidden under the sauce, they simply were not there. Unsatisfactory pizza. Ordered from this location a number of times in the past and been satisfied until now.

Do NOT order pizza from this Pizza Hut. I was on a business trip for one night and ordered online based on my location. After an hour, I called to see where my order was. Was told that they don't carry wings (which I had ordered) and yet, they were on the website to order and they never called me to tell me they don't carry them. I made revisions to the order and after another hour, I called again and was told that my hotel was not in their delivery area....and yet, the website suggested that this was the closest Pizza Hut to me based on location. The guy hung up and I have yet to see any kind of refund. Do NOT order from here.

We placed our order at 8:41. And while we knew the wait would be a while (it said an hour until we submitted and then said 2 hours) but it was midnight before we got our food. I had called and the person who answered said they were understaffed. Totally understandable. We had ordered 2 medium pan pizzas, one with sausage and bacon and one cheese lovers, and a cookie. The young lady who delivered was very sweet, gave us some breadsticks as an apology, and left. The pizzas we got were 2 medium hand-tossed, one Hawaiian, and one covered with black olives and mushrooms (which no one eats). Everything was stone cold and tough, except the cookie which was very good. NOT a great experience!

Staff be organized. Not have to wait 20 extra minutes to pick up a pizza that is sitting getting cold off to the size. My pizza was dry cold and burnt.

We ordered the edge pizza a supreme and pepperoni lovers. The supreme had more pepperoni that the pepperoni lovers it arrived cold and soggy. We are 10 minutes from the store
