i’ve never been treated with so much disrespect just because you come in with a pair of scrubs and they overcharge you for your items, and only two items that I received was chicken Parmesan, and a four count of mozzarella sticks. I should’ve known when I pulled up, there was a young lady, who seemed very upset, and threw her food on the picnic table in front of establishment. The young lady seem very upset in regarding to her food, but I didn’t really think anything of it since I was talking on the phone sitting outside and finishing up an important conversation. This is very sad because the food was really not that bad but the way that I was spoken to by a man who advised me that he didn’t work there and couldn’t answer really any of my questions were regarding to the deals that they had that’s posted on the outside of the building, the man claimed that he manages multiple places, and that was one of the establishments. The man was even rude to the staff, which was one lady who was told to go fix the food was advised to help him in the tone and a demeanor that he used towards that young lady was also disrespectful from my observation. The man also made a comment because I had a pair of scrubs, and I work in a hospital, which I actually don’t work for a hospital I travel for work , and yes, I am healthcare worker, and then advised me that I was intelligent enough to know that he didn’t change the price of my items from when I was standing there to me going back to my car to get my card. I asked for a full refund, but they had advised that they already took the food, and I was already so tired and exhausted. I just took the food and left. I will never eat here again . If I had to encounter with this man, at any of the other restaurants, I would choose to eat at home versus dealing with the disrespect because he made a comment of me wearing scrubs as if , it was OK and justified what happened? The sad part is I’m a visitor I travel for work and I usually like trying different mom and Pop shops but the disrespect overpowers the food. I was so tired just now getting off of work and had to deal with this man telling me and also advising a $50 bet if I touched the iPad and the only time I touched the iPad was when it asked if I would like a receipt and it’s sad that when I was getting ready to pay for my food I forgot my card in the car so I turned around and went to the car to get my credit card to make a payment came in and my food was a different price when I tapped it with my card. The man was very argumentative and try to overt which made his behavior very suspicious. The man end up giving me the tip back which I never implied a tip. I just wanted to pay for my food. Usually when I tip I tip with cash because I actually had cash on hand to provide as well , I don’t like to use Tips when it comes to my credit card because that’s just my thing I rather give cash at hand so that the person can have the cash who serves me the amount that I paid for my chicken Parmesan and my mozzarella sticks I’d rather have went to Olive Garden and got a full course meal which I know for a fact I would not encounter any of the disrespect that was provided on October 9 2023.

Nice vibes and nice pizza! It's totally probably a chill spot to hang out with your friends and chat on saturday evenings, like they do in the sitcoms. I think.It was quite Cozy and the lady at the register was nice :)If 5/10 is your average and 10/10 is the best pizza you've ever had I think this fits pretty snuggly at abooooout an 8 I think! But be warned, it comes HOT.(I split the pizza apart myself in the attatched photo.)

I usually don’t do this but after the super rude customer service and food quality I had too, I received and at first they were super nice and respectful no issues at all I go home and check the food I ordered a chicken Alfredo nothing special. I was surprised to open the food and try it to find essential just dry butter noodles with cheese on top? No Alfredo sauce so I call up to the store, I wasn’t being rude, I didn’t yell I just stated “I ordered this Alfredo and it had no sauce on it and I’m honestly really disappointed in it” his response threw me for a loop he goes “well everyone orders our pastas all day and no one ever has an issue with them” so he’s implying I’m a liar or a Karen, okay fine it gets better I go ahead and start my response “well that maybe the case but..” he cuts me off mid sentence and goes “anyway, what would you like us to do” I’m like “well I’d like a refund” he goes “well your gonna have to bring us the food back” after that I just hung up, I was shocked how disrespectful he was, basically calling me a liar and cutting me off like that the food was terrible and the customer service even worse I hope you don’t treat all your dissatisfied customer with that level of disrespect

The pizza toppings are sparse, even after we paid for extra pepperoni. The lasagna is clearly a frozen store bought one. The mozz sticks are frozen, the boxes for the mozzarella sticks are all around the dumpster. Nothing wrong is fresh here. The service is poor as well.

?My family visited while on vacation and it was delicious! When we arrived there was a woman who I saw doing it all, answering the phone, online orders, to go orders, greeting us politely, coming to our table.. I think maybe even cooking. She was absolutely amazing and deserves a raise for being so ontop of everything! The pizza bread sticks and wings were absolutely amazing! And our order came out fast. The family deals were a really great price and my family really enjoyed sitting at a little corner booth. It was cute and cozy. A man later came in and greeted us and all together our experience was great. The employees are wonderful, the food is wonderful, the restaurant itself was wonderful. We'll definitely stop back in if we find ourselves in the area again!?Vegetarian options: Pizza was easily customized to be vegetarianKid-friendliness: My kids loved the cozy corner booth and the quarter machines, they each got a gumball and toyParking: Easy parking
