Went in here for a pickup order & asked the pregnant lady for ranch after reviewing the items in my order, confirming i in fact didnt have any. She had a nasty attitude and the red headed girl with glasses got into our conversation and said we only ordered 3 ranches. I asked her for them and they kept having an attitude about getting me the ranches that came with my $80 order. I said i could pay for them and it was not a big deal and both girls had a nasty attitude. Then, i had 5 meals with drinks, and was only given 4 drinks. Girls got an attitude about it too and didnt mark which drinks were the diet cokes. I had a total of 5 meals, 3 extra sides and 5 drinks and was given 2 ranches, and 4 drinks so my order was wrong. This is the first time ive come to Slim Chickens and these 2 employees have ruined it for me. All the needed to do was give us the ranch and the drink not a nasty attitude. I am very dissatisfied with the service received.

Made the mistake of paying with cash in the drive through. I was shorted $10.00. Went inside and had to wait over 25 minutes for them to count the drawer. Food was ice cold and the mushrooms were cold and soggy. THEY CANT HANDLE CASH. buyer beware.

I did a interview for them two weeks ago I called back up there very judgeful very rude rather you know it or not imma good worker I do more then what I suppose to do and love cross tracking I prefer being at work instead of enjoying myself I love working and customers I have good customer service but it’ll be their loss not mines my god always come through ?? There was a line when I came in which is normal for the lunch time. No big deal there were 3 people ahead of me and there was no cashier in sight. The wait was atleast 15min and I watched two people walk out. I was able to place my order and sat down to wait. Another 15mins goes buy and I look around and all 3 people that were behind me in the line already had their food and sitting down. I then had to walk up to the cashier and she completely forgot my order. Wish I had time to actually enjoy it most people are on limited times during lunch
